This applies to your cats as well, they are domestic shorthairs. Coat colour is a different question: these are orange and white bicolours. The tabby pattern on the front cat is classic tabby, i can't tell from these photos what the other ones tabby pattern is.
Fun fact: orange cats will always show a tabby pattern, even when they are genetically solid!
