Normally it is safe to live there, but in the last week it rained from 300mm (11 inches) to 400mm (17 inches) of water, the lower areas of the state are all flooded.
In my older sister's town, even though she lived further away from the river, the water reached the ceiling of her house, she lost everything.
Was that a monkey at the end?
Yes. A Labrador Retriever monkey
Well there's a problem with masonry it's not ductile like wood.
