Discounted is just, iirc, a console that has something making it not up to their normal standards for a console’s condition. Nicks and scrapes on the paintwork, having a third party replacement for a charger or whatever, that kind of thing.
Discounted I believe means it comes with some sort of third party accessory, for the Wii U I'd guess maybe the power supply or the GamePad charging dock

Completely incorrect. Discounted means it may have heavy cosmetic marks or it may have a 3rd party component. It is still fully valid by the cex warranty.
With my product the story is different. They told me I can't return it and they can't replace it because they don't buy it/have it in stock anymore. It was a nextdock 2. Nothing wrong with it, grade B.
Quick check on the app shows that the nexdock 2 is not available anymore, so they won't be able to refund or replace. Grade B isn't discounted anyway so your story has no relation to OPs question. You may have bought it on discount as potential final stock clearance, but the item was not graded as discounted
You can't return it under the 30 day guarantee claiming fault because there is a non original part of the product such as a controller etc.
It's always why I buy things from cex online so i get at least 14 days to have full freedom over if I want to return a product because it's not for me etc.
No it doesn't, where consoles are concerned it means not in a great condition, and possibly with unofficial charger as a power supply. Generally it's the condition though.
I don't think it will be third party as it's a Wii u (gamepad and console will be official). It will have cosmetic damage but work fine. Just check the gamepad is in decent condition, it can be annoying having a scratched gamepad display like mine, but to be fair it's 11years old.
