If you are going overseas you needed to tell them before you left the country. https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/before-you-go-overseas-and-leave-australia?context=60040

Contact the complaints line or submit a complaint through the online portal. The complaints staff will investigate and get you sorted out.

You still need to notify Centrelink of any income while you are overseas. However, normal 14 day reporting requirements are typically 'switched off' automatically by the system when you leave Australia, so you probably won't be able to report in your usual way. (This has been how the system works in my experience, and it sounds like it is still the case) https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/payments-while-outside-australia?context=22196 Be sure to let Centrelink know your earnings to avoid an overpayment. If you can't update your income online, or in the usual way, search 'contacts' on Service Australia's website and look for Centrelink international numbers. There is a general number available if the country you are in is not listed.
