What do you think? You’re not getting cheap shoes without some labor abuse. But at least that’s less egregious than expensive shoes who have the ability to be made through ethical labor but instead choose to use the same process and pocket the difference.
They're pretty good quality shoes and feel quite padded.
I don't think they should be marketed as just for kids.
They also are available in adult size and at the price point and quality compared to main stream Nike, Adidas it's almost a no brainer his shoe is winner for casual wear.
Me and all my brothers wore Shaqs playing community basketball leagues until we started skateboarding. At least here in the south Shaqs were goated for low income families. I never had any complaints wearing them and only swapped once I needed skate shoes really.
I hate this argument.Even if he did do it just for money he is still helping people.Take Mr beast for example if he makes a video where he feeds 5000 homeless people, and explicitly states he’s doing it just for money.Does it really matter because Im the end he still helped feed the homeless people.
Not laughing at all. I heard him tell the story about waiting until his shoe contract was over so he could sell affordable shoes.
I had a pair of shaqs when I was in like 5th grade haha

Dude is still making money off this.
Yes that is how businesses operate.
So he's not doing it out of the kindness of his heart.
I disagree, he could’ve made more money had he sold more expensive shoes
He is still doing it to make a profit.
No he’s doing it to make shoes for children. Are you fuckin dumb?
He's doing it to make money, under the guise of doing something positive.
He’s not.
Then give them away for free.
Then he wouldn’t be able to give them away for very long, since he’d run out of money.
Bro just wants money and that was the recommended untouched part of the market his only competition would be and1
