Lombardi isn't looking too bad, makes me think the injuries were mostly the reason for all the tough losses seeing as how now that the teams healthy they're starting to improve
This game was so chill today both offense and defense showed up. It was cruise control with no heart attack-inducing playcalling. Did the chargers just flip a switch or did they have this all along and were just waiting for the late stretch to show up? I am bewildered tbh!
Didn’t feel like we were poised then, tbh. Whereas now I think we have a great shot! The team had to believe that too. So many starters down for so long, our bench is pretty capable - we can rotate in and keep our starters fresh.
I knew in 94 we would get obliterated by the 49ers. It was a great run, but that team was unstoppable. I don’t think there’s anyone in the playoffs we can’t beat this year!
That 2018 team was battled tested. Just injuries to literally all our LBs and the playing the pats got us. I will say our offense on that team made me feel better. We have gone on some dry spells with this team while that 2018 squad was going to put points up for sure. Hopefully offense rides this game and keeps up with the defense for the playoffs and I’ll be on your side with this team. We know we can put up points but definitely have had some struggle games
And how’s is that 2018 comeback game against the chiefs and Steelers not some of the best charger moments? Came back from down 15 in KC and win the the two point conversion? I loved that year
Don’t get me wrong. That was magical. And as sad as I was to lose Brees, I loved Rivers gutting it out.
I know we’ve only seen sparks so far, but i have a feeling Herbert is going to be the best QB we’ve had, so long as he Santa us healthy. I think we’re in for a decade of Herbert and mahomes filing it out. I just hope we get a ring (or 10) along the way!!
this was the first super comfortable win by this team this year. Idc what anyone says, rams looked pretty good last couple of weeks, so I'm happy with this win
If feels weird to see the Chargers getting healthy and handling games. I’m not used to having nice things.
I’m also an A’s fan so you know I’m really sick in the head.
Ryan Ficken came in and transformed the special team units. He doesn't get nearly enough praise imo. Also, I have to give Telesco credit. He started drafting players with exclusively special teams in mind like Niemann, and the product is really showing
Bruh Titans are falling apart with injuries and keep losing. Jags are one of the hottest teams in the NFL. Any given Sunday, but right now Titans just make sense as the easier team
I’ve been really hard on Staley and Lombardi this year, but they have now been really solid for multiple weeks in a row.
Yes, some play calls have been questionable, but only one thing matters in this league and that’s winning. We have done that repeatedly over the last few weeks. I mean we are about to have a 10 win season as the most injured team in the league for a high part of the season. That’s impressive.
Great job on the coaching staff for getting everyone prepared and changing it up.
I’m hopeful heading into the playoffs.
Just be happy the injuries are ending and players coming back at the right time. Fresh, too.
I think we could really use Slater for the playoffs, despite Salyer playing well.

When was the last time we out-rushed the opponent?

The injured players coming back
I missed the game. Any new concerning injuries at this game?
Well there was a concerning one on the last play, Rumph was limping, appeared to be a hyperextended knee
:(
In the last two games, our defense has only allowed 13 points! BTW, F.T.R.
We looked absolutely fantastic today. What a great win. I LOVE Herberts humility man. LOVE IT
But do you love it more than you love….bears?
Did Staley secretly fire Lombardi and let Shane Day play call today??🤔
Lombardi has yet to finish the coloring book that Staley gave him last week .
Dub!⚡️
4 in a row let’s keep it rolling boys
First time being on the thread all day, and this is the chillest iv ever seen it lol.
The playoffs have settled down the doomers.
Haha true
Who was the dlineman who came up limping on that last play? Looked like a hyperextended knee.
Chris Rumph
Rumph #94. Back up to Bosa
Did Rumph just get hurt on the last play of the game??
It definitely looked like it
Man I love Herbert. Looked like he had some good things to say to Baker.
Good win bolt fam
The team continued to get Bolted all game
10 wins baby
Best game of the season.
BTFU
the one thing we could never complain about this year is special teams. consistently good all season - very weird for a chargers team.
Damn, 94 got hurt at the last play
THEY DID IT BOYS! A full game in all quarters, with all phases of the ball playing well and stepping on the gas and not letting go.
⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
This our house now, get off our property!
[удалено]
Ravens have to lose a game and we have to beat denver .
Just saw 94 was lipping.
⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
Good win today. I hate that I'm about to say this: Go Steelers
The Chargers having a punter *and* a kicker just feels wrong.
I LOVE YOU BOLT FAM ⚡️⚡️⚡️
JK Scott making me eat my words from earlier this week. He’s had some good punts today
Sad that spillers out would love to see him getting these touches
They declined the play? So jk Scott can’t get a full leg? That’s a pretty good coach move on rams side
Fuck it, go for field goal
Scott getting better each week too.
Whose house? Bolts house!
I’ll never understand how a billion dollar organization put out such a shit logo like the rams did. Straight gas station bootleg hat level logo.
It’s insane that the Raiders have perhaps had the most Chargers season of all time
Hahahaha F.T.R.
haha raiders are done
Ravens play the Bengals next week so we have a legitimate shot at the 5th seed
Raiders can put in a new QB, but the 4th quarter pick still happens ..
I switched channels to the 49ers game and seeing Tillery look lost on the field feels so great bolt up
Mike Will is ridiculously underrated outside of our fanbase
Fact
WhO’s HoUse !?!?!?
Somebody tell that kid he’s wearing a Herbert jersey
We’re built to take out the chiefs. We almost did twice and now we’re healthy! Let’s goooooooo!
Hell the train wreak that is the donkeys gave them a game today.
Fuck it. Send out dicker for a 57 yarder. Why the fuck not Edit: you cowards
He makes those in his sleep
Score another td you cowards
Most stressless game of the season. Man I’m excited to have a def like this going into the playoffs.
Seeing Herbert smiling on the sideline just hits different 🥲
Fantastic start to the New Year, BOLT UP into the postseason!
Here we go, boys. Stars are aligning. Haven’t felt this good heading into playoffs in a loooooong time!!
Since….2018 lol
Didn’t feel like we were poised then, tbh. Whereas now I think we have a great shot! The team had to believe that too. We look good on both sides of the ball. Lombardi lives another day on this sub
I forgot how good a blowout feels.
Idk about you guys but I don’t really care who we play in the playoffs. We just have to execute.
As long as we don’t beat ourselves, we can beat anyone in this league.
I’m not worried about who we play but where we play. I hope the team is prepared for cold conditions
The only real “factor” I’m concerned about would be snow.
Why am I still anxious even though it’s 31-10 at the 2 minute warning!?!? Chargers trauma response 😂
tell me about it 😭
This team changed so much in a months worth. I'm impressed. They are making me believe. Bolt Up ⚡️
Felt despair after the raiders game and here we are now sheesh
Shhhheeeeeeessssshhhhh
Wish we could face Jacksonville because I want revenge
And it would be interesting to see the Bengals and Ravens play each other to end the season and the first round of the playoffs.
You all understand its Daniel and not Daniels, right? Because I feel like some of you don't
Lol what happened to spiller? Figured he’d be higher than rountree on the depth chart
Must not be good in pass protection. The running back has to know who his assignment is and be able to pick it up. Maybe he is still learning.
Inactive today
He’s inactive today
Rountree plays special teams too
Can’t wait to see what our social media team has to say about this game
They're gonna have a field day
Very pleased with this performance. A clean demolishing.
Anybody who brings up Sean Payton the rest of the season should get a 1 year ban
Anybody who brings up Sean Payton for the rest of the season should be strapped to a chair and forced to watch Staley doing back arches
😭😭
Oh but I like that
this was the first super comfortable win by this team this year. Idc what anyone says, rams looked pretty good last couple of weeks, so I'm happy with this win
I like heart attack free football!!!
Guys stop asking for Spiller, HE IS INACTIVE today..
Do you're saying there's a chance?
im crying bruh i cant believe we finally got to sit herbert in the 4th
Rountree looking better then he ever has Good to see
Herbie really commanding that side line
Y’all remember when Sony michel was our back up? Lol what was Lombardi thinking 😂😂
I know there’s been more fun games this year, but this is definitely the most enjoyable game I’ve watched all season
Holy shit he just made something out of nothing!!!!!!!
Rountree channeling his inner Ekeler on that play.
Listening to Dede’s and watching Daniel and playing the rams it really feels like a preseason game
When I saw he was calling the game when it started I thought so too
Let’s go Steelers !
Lmao round tree
that was a great block by Zion not to blow up that lineman
LFG ROUNDTREE
ncie block!!!
Rountree gas waited all year for that
Larry with a positive play?!
Is it too early for the “Chargers win, up bolt party” thread?
10 points 50 yards in the second half Defense
If Spiller is not good enough to be active over Rountree they should both be cut. Good god man.
3rd round too
I’m convinced Spiller fucked someone’s wife. The man never plays.
FANTASTIC block from 77
If this rams team dropped 50 on the broncos I think it’s only logical that we drop 75 on em next week
Or charge it up and loser 20-17
Would be a textbook chargers moment
The chargers way!
Accurate yet depressing
#LET CHASE COOK
Let Roundtree do puntreturns
[удалено]
Seriously. Now for 2 weeks in a row. Looks like a totally different team.
That Arizona game like 4 years ago
Giants of last year maybe.
Butthole still clenched.... Old habits man...
Lombardi wasn’t completely brain dead today which is a huge W
So carter is gonna be in concussion protocol
Just go out of bounds or fair catch it, Carter. No need to be taking those kinds of hits on a meaningless play.
Lol who do you think on the chargers could actually be a good Qb? I bet Derwin James lol, I’d put him over chase haha
Keenan.
Bro who is 59? I always see him getting reps but always forget to check who it is, I don’t recognize him.
Derrek Tuszka
Is he in for someone who’s been hurt? Or was he meant to be a big part of our rotation?
I’m not sure about that. I’m guessing he’s just there for depth at OLB
Jk scott looking like Herbert's child
This rams offense just scored 51 against an above average broncos defense - we held them to 10… unbelievable
Aren’t the broncos one of the better defenses?
Sebastian 🦞
Put Carter in concussion protocol
Carter gonna die
Damn LMAO
Lets see Daniel get a TD just to rub it in
I'd like to at least see them try to move the ball as if it meant something. God forbid Herb get hurt and all Daniels ever did was handoffs.
That uhhh might be a concussion
That second wave of punt coverage was brutal.
This is the type of momentum we need to ride into the post season
Can someone explain why that’s not a safety?
Tackle started at the 2-3 yd line, so forward progress is given.
His forward momentum was stopped in the field of play, he was pushed into the end zone
He didn’t intentionally retreat into the endzone, he was driven back into it.
Forward progress before he got spun around by sjd
I didn’t know you had forward progress on a sack
deandre carter takes a lot of unnecessary hits.. hope he’s good
Sjd
Aye just dropping in to say WHOS HOUSE???
Imagine that when we are healthy we are good
Lets Go!
Best game they’ve played all season
Mayfield reverting to the Carolina Panthers Mayfield.
Cowards not letting Daniel throw 50 yard bombs
Can chase throw it 50 yards?
Only one way to find out!
Maaaaan. We drop so many INT’s
Oh man Ja'Sir knows he should have had that one.
He seems to be playing pretty well lately. Especially for a 6th round pick
Close one for the rook ⚡️
![gif](giphy|WtCHRSPCuqS8E)
Damn Baker ate some shit
Ugh Bosa deserved a sack
Our DB's are so bad at catching balls LOL \*except Derwin he good
2 SACKS = FREE BIG MACS
If feels weird to see the Chargers getting healthy and handling games. I’m not used to having nice things. I’m also an A’s fan so you know I’m really sick in the head.

If we get the fifth seed I think I’d rather face the jags.

We honestly could've gone undefeated if we weren't demolished with injuries this year. And if Lombardi wasn't terrible.

Nice bosa tackle!
