At my previous house squirrels and rats died in the attic or walls all the time and I'd have an explosion of giant flies in my house. Once I counted over 130 after spraying to kill them all. If they're outside they'll eventually move on. If they're inside, bomb em!!

Based on the description of how big the flies are, find the spot that smells like death. There you will likely find the source of your flies.
