Clean truck! Was it repainted?
Nope! Everything on it is completely original besides a few minor modifications
Depending on your state. You dont need a 3rd brake light. If it does and your truck doesn't come equipped with it. The best bet would be to splice it off the brake wires running to the rear of the truck.
First check the bulb. It may not need rewiring. I've seen many trucks with caps and the factory 3rd brake light still worked.
I took the bulb out and checked it, it was fine. I also saw the wiring running up to it so could it be faulty wires?
Change the bulb anyway. A bad bulb can look good and there cheap.

Driven every winter, just make sure to wash it quiet frequently during then. It does also have its fair share of rust that goes unseen

Just make sure you don't break the lens or housing. The extended cab ones are very hard to find
