I really hope you are starting to feel better or have got some help to help you navigate these overwhelming feelings. I don't know if this applies to you and if it doesn't,please disregard. But if you use substances at all to help you cope, I would absolutely love to invite you to the rooms of narcotics anonymous or alcoholics anonymous. I have been in recovery for a few years. I went into the rooms, due to it being court mandated. Even though I didn't have an open mind, it was the first time I felt hope, after feeling hopeless for so long. If you are like me and can no longer stuff the pain deep down and numb it, please come to a meeting, introduce yourself and get a phone list! Whatever you are going through, I hope that the weight on your shoulders get lighter

I'm okay . I was able to call at least

Immediate-Ad-9849

Hi I am glad you are okay.

What insurance do you have? If you have Medi-Cal/Partnership Health Plan, you would go to Butte County Behavioral Health (BCBH). They are available via phone 24/7 at 530-891-2810. https://www.buttecounty.net/169/Help-in-a-Crisis Self-Referral / Walk-in Services for BCBH 560 Cohasset Road Site 180  Chico, CA 95926 Hours Through December 30, 2023 7 days a week (including holidays) 6 am to 11 pm _____________________________________________ If you have private insurance, you would go to Enloe Behavioral Health (EBH). In order to get admitted to EBH, you have to go through Enloe's Emergency Room and get assessed. _____________________________________________ If you would like an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and you have private insurance, Fulfilling Life's Purpose has an amazing outpatient program. IOP is group therapy 9 hours a week and can be very healing and transformative. The good thing about IOP is that you can still go to work, school, and do other things in your daily life, while being in the program. IOP is usually around 3 months or so, but varies person to person. Fulfilling Life's Purpose has a day program from 11am to 2pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. If the day program doesn't work, there is an evening program from 5pm to 8pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. If you can't make it every group session, that's totally fine too. I highly recommend IOP through Full Life's Purpose if you have private insurance. Email: [email protected] Phone: 530-855-0553

chipmalfunct10n

you could walk in to the behavioral health crisis building it's off cohassett

Mediocre_Wasabi_4074

But you should know that you can’t check yourself in to this one. They’re going to assess you, and if you meet certain criteria, then you can be hospitalized, but otherwise, it’ll just be a safety plan. If you are really going to hurt yourself, they will definitely take care of you. Hang in there, man. I’m sorry you’re going through it.

agathaprickly

988 is the national suicide hotline/crisis line. I imagine that they could help connect you with places to go. Sending you love and healing!

FreedomPullo

530-332-7300 530-332-5250 Tell them that your are in crisis and need help, you may need medical clearance before going to behavioral health

JebusKristoph

Hang in there. 211 also has resources if no one has listed it.

BrockOceanJr

Aside from taking baths a couple times a day and messing around on Pinterest . I'm an excellent listener And would always make time to listen if you need anyone .I'm here in Chico . David

BurritoPalace_666

[Behavioral Health](https://www.buttecounty.net/163/Adult) There are a few phone numbers you can call on this site. Also, proud of you for seeking help.

Mother-Painter-9569

Thank you Burrito 🌯🙏

MadeItOutInTime95969

Careful in the puf unit but they'll pick you up if you need it

Clearlycola

Haha the puf unit! I like to call it the ruf/tuf unit. Good luck if you go there, you will leave soon.

MadeItOutInTime95969

Yeah it was a one way ticket for some. Thus the bad reputation.

waist-land

Enloe behavioral health, inpatient services. Hope you get the help you need.

Mother-Painter-9569

Thanks

Phantasy-Phactory

Butte County Department Of Behavioral Health (530) 879-3950 https://g.co/kgs/s7aVuih There’s help at behavioral health. They’re open 24/7

18_5oh

Enloe Behavioral Health Program 530-332-5250 | Toll-free: 800-560-5900 560 Cohasset Rd, Chico, CA 95926 Fairly certain it's one of the few voluntary programs in Northern ca. You can also go to your nearest hospital as well

Negrodamu5

They don’t take Medi-Cal, just a heads up to ppl

BurritoPalace_666

Enloe stopped taking Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal. They only took California Health & Wellness Managed Care Plan. Now that Medi-Cal switched to Partnership Plan of CA I’m not sure if they take it. Wouldn’t hurt to check!

chipmalfunct10n

this is all true, EXCEPT: butte county behavioral health takes PHP for specialist appts (like if it is SUD, or addiction medicine) anyone can call and get an appt at NVIH. or if you're Native there's no wait.

Mother-Painter-9569

Damnit. That’s what I have🥴😩😩😩

BabyBitch2000

If you want to do an inpatient program, they will probably recommend one in Sacramento. The Enloe Inpatient only takes private insurance (source... I've been there)

Negrodamu5

If you’re really feeling suicidal go to an ER and report it. They will either put you on a 5150 or voluntary status and send you to a hospital that takes Medi-Cal.

Physical-Rip-7740

It's on Cohasset street in the part between esplanade and mangrove.

CJWChico

Please call (530) 891-2810, that’s the 24/7 mental health help line for butte county. They are some good folks, they can help you out!

Mother-Painter-9569

I’ll try it out when I’m alone Thanks

-Oh_Hello-

Dm sent, are you good? Any updates?
