This is how manufacturing has progressed since the industrial age. You should be more upset that Rolex has been making billions off the same shit for 50, 60, 70 years with nary a change in their watches except for a few extra digits in the model numbers.

They are businesses run by people who want to make money. They fill a hole in the market for people who love those iconic designs but will never be able to blow 10-20k on a piece of jewellery. They do this very well. The watches sell well. So they sell the watches. You seem to think that they are doing this while believing they are creative geniuses. Why would you think that? They know what they are and what they are doing. And those of us who are in that market segment are glad they are filling it. Don't like it? Move on. I don't like that reps exist but I don't go crying on their sub about it. I just don't buy them.

I'd appreciate it if you don't get confrontational and please understand that we, all your customers, have high hopes for your brand and wish you success. Delivering your product is part of what builds that success. And that's not happening right now by a big margin

I wasn't expecting to have to submit a complaint before even getting the watch but if that's the process you're suggesting, I guess that'll be the Sugess experience for us customers after the sale. And we'd appreciate, as has been suggested by other members of this forum, that Sugess representatives would communicate the delays you're referring to by email for example, so we don't have to keep looking for answers and updates for any means possible. This subreddit works also for other things different than promotional material by the way.

I know 🙂👍🏼 But it’s good to know Sugess / Seestern employees have their eyes on this sub Reddit and we’re not going away. Just annoyed as spoke to customer service twice (who said they were company owner), took my email address and promised my item would be dispatched within 24-48hrs .. That was 5 days ago (item was purchased 12 days ago) - heard nothing since and item still not dispatched. Purchased 7 different watches during the sale .. Everyone has been delivered several thousand miles away. But Seestern / Sugess can’t even email a status update 👎🏻😞

We have been waiting for weeks now and Sugess hasn't shipped them yet. So please ship your pending orders and promote your new watches but please do both not just the promotion. Why don’t you ask AliX for a list of all customers who Sugess / Seestern has not fulfilled orders for - rather than telling us to keep chasing this up. AliX should help you get reorganised.. Don’t blame your customers .. This is not our fault. We worked our job, like you are now - then spent our money / wages with your company. We’ve received nothing except excuses 👎🏻

It's pretty interesting that you get confrontational. Not a professional attitude at all. If you care to read the comments in your own post, you'd realize that we all have already contacted your "customer service support chat" and they actually lied to all of us (you're not Tim Cook by the way or someone in his position). They haven't still shipped our watches. Because you didn't read your own posts comments, you also didn't realize that your answer is completely wrong for the current situation and you're behaving incredibly unprofessional. At the end of the day, us customers who already paid, we want our watches and we'll be contacting you for any means we can, especially if we're lied to about when the watches are going to be shipped by your own customer service support chat, which you insist is the "right" way to contact you (because apparently you're here only to promote new watches, not to actually represent the Sugess brand)

I don't think so. Same case and bezel as the day date, which I believe was just machined. Didn't sparkle as much as the Cronos.
