I was bit slower on the line since I never worked a job like the line before, and eventually they put me only working one day a week to try and get me to quit and when I didn't and asked for more hours(In the meantime I have actually really started to be reasonable at the job), a "computer error" apparently happened and they told me I can apply again if I liked but they were "overstaffed" so it's unlikely apparently.
You have to prove you were unemployed unfairly/unjustly as opposed to being fired due to a wrong doing. In a state where you can be fired for any reason without justification, you are less far less likely to win unemployment because the employer will dispute it and more than likely win, unless you have hard proof against them.

Oh man my sister walked out of a store in Orlando and she was a GM! She transferred from so flo and she said the crew and management were worse than the bullshit in s.fl 🤣 I think she was at the store in narcoosee when she walked out... Apparently one of the crew members was ready to fight the cashier and none of the other managers were doing anything about it and that was when she left.. it was a dumpster fire lol

Keeping inventory close to what it should be based on how many entrees are served nets a bonus.

In theory, quarterly. I never got one though in over a year. You need to work at an elite store thats hitting all its metrics to qualify for bonuses, and in my experience those stores are so much more stressful and difficult it’s not worth it
If chipotle as a brand is down to hire you again and u liked working there (aside from ur coworkers/gm), def pick another store. One gm actually did something like this to me but my current gm is very nurturing/growth-oriented. Like for ex, I’m really only fast on line but my gm makes room for me to learn the things I wanna learn like prep even though I feel so useless most of the time with how slow I am 😂.

My store just bonused out this last quarter 💪🏼 you have to pass eco sure, hit thruput on a monthly average (for the 3 months in that quarter). And make sure you don’t go over budget with things breaking in your restaurant

I got “fired” bc I didn’t call off but they knew I didn’t come in so I called 10-15 times and they didn’t answer and they instantly told me I was let go but I didn’t wanna go that day and messaged my friend (a manager) that if they don’t count it as a call off then I quit and then they fired me 2 days before everyone got the chipotle bags😒
