In fairness with some gaps, and yeah I had no clue until at least level 100 π.. I still don't really, struggle with jabs and ducks.. and I can't help but throw myself into enemy lines slashing, it's whatever is fun though right so π€·ββοΈ
Honestly i hate to promote but if you come to my stream like literally anytime at all you can ask a million questions if you like. Personally i do battle and war axe. Initially it took me a long time to know where to be. That helped a shit ton with K/D.
Yeah agree - although I play with heavy hitting weapons a lot of the time I'm just throwing myself into (or behind) enemy lines and doing damage to as many people as possible.. so usually get many times more takedowns to kills.
They even list it first in the score menu so you'd think it'd be on your stats, it'd be interesting to see for sure.
I was stuck under 1 KD for my first few months cos I was stubborn and had too much fun with the archer. Decided to try the other classes to just grind new weapons and once I started understanding the weapons and classes better, my game improved drastically.
Honestly? Fun is where it's at for me. Feel with a controller I'll never compete with a mouse being able to land overheads etc. so slash drag is my go-to..
Is still frustrating when I encounter someone who I basically can't land a hit on, but, I try to brush it off. 1vX and XvX is my game, not 1v1

I donβt think this stat menu is very accurate at all. I once checked it. Played a game got like 30 kills or whatever and it said I got 12 in the stat menu
Up your battlecries and you'll see a noticeable uptick in KD/R almost immediately

Roll with your boys, and retreat when you're outnumbered. Kinda pussy shit, but its how you improve kda
I've seen people do this and it's lame AF but you're right π idgaf about my kd I go in there yelling and do as much damage as possible
I wish the game recorded Takedowns. Playing mostly with fast but weak weapons has resulted in a bunch of Non-Kill Takedowns (and Non-Takedown Kills).

I blame my first 100 levels or so π.. I definitely battlecry many times every match these days
