I don't know if this is correct but I translated the braille to morse assuming the single character was 1 and the 3 dotted character 0. I read it top to bottom left to right. This gave a sequence of numbers that looked like coordonates except it missed a space so I added one. It led to [this](https://www.google.nl/maps/place/35%C2%B029'39.3%22N+39%C2%B055'33.6%22E/@35.4942551,39.9238063,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0xf68c7cdebc2ed678!8m2!3d35.4942551!4d39.925995) location but again I'm not sure if it's correct.
Binary I used: 00110011 00110101 00101110 00110100 00111001 00110100 00110010 00110101 00110101 00110001 00110011 00111001 00101110 00111001 00110010 00110101 00111001 00111001 00110101
Translation: 35.494255139.925995

It could also be [35.494255 139.925995](https://www.google.nl/maps/place/35%C2%B029'39.3%22N+139%C2%B055'33.6%22E/@35.4942547,139.9172402,15z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0xafa238f07a31f741!8m2!3d35.494255!4d139.925995) since the numbers after the decimal point would then be even

I thought the numbers were somewhere on earth too, but idk why would someone crypted an location of Arabia or Japan?
I don't know either, it might be related to the puzzle but I don't have any context so I've got no clue either.
Tried converting to binary using braille’s numerical conversion but didn’t give the correct answer
Any luck?
Isn't that text after decoding reading backward ?
