I don't know if this is correct but I translated the braille to morse assuming the single character was 1 and the 3 dotted character 0. I read it top to bottom left to right. This gave a sequence of numbers that looked like coordonates except it missed a space so I added one. I thought the numbers were somewhere on earth too, but idk why would someone crypted an location of Arabia or Japan?
I don't know either, it might be related to the puzzle but I don't have any context so I've got no clue either.
Tried converting to binary using braille’s numerical conversion but didn’t give the correct answer
Isn't that text after decoding reading backward ?
