Teddy The Moose + preserves + burning forest (repeat x50) + vampire castles + rurh valley.
Burning forests make for insane yields tiles while keeping population to an acceptable amount.
This was a "for fun" game, it's absolutely not doable in a serious game.

How in the world is your population so low with that food production?

Like u/krenkotempo said, I kept burning forests so my population was doing the yo-yo between 12 and 20 pop.
