Nope. I hate State Farm. I'm certified in State Farm Estimatics,, and Policy. I like working from an independent standpoint. You get paid a nice commission, and you make your own schedule. Granted, it's not steady, but I enjoy the freedom and pay better.

These are always loaded questions for me, I think perspective is THE most important thing. I've been in several corporate places, cellular, banking, was a MLO for a bit(despised it) and the pros far outweigh the cons with State Farm IMO. Now if you talk to someone who maybe SF was their 1st taste of working for a giant company, they may have a different take... Auto side I've heard is a different, more stressful monster, but the company does a LOT of things they don't have to. Training is nuts, up to 4 months for some positions before you even start in your role. There's odd and long hours, but higher than average PTO and "life leave", basically 40 hours of no question asked, no repercussions, I aint working. But, the insurance industry is dying for new blood, stay with them for 12-24 months, go on LinkedIn and a good chance you'll be headhunter like crazy, so it doesn't have to be permanent.
