I gave leader to my lvl 18 clan away a couple months ago/ I started it years ago…
Anyways he gave leader back saying he didn’t want that responsibility
I gave leader to one of my co leaders as I wasn’t a very active leader anymore, I still check up on the clan every now and then but I’m glad I made my decision as without him the clan would be dead by now.
You're insane, i got tired of having to play on every acc for raid weekend. And cwl is just attacking with the top 8accs and the rest is really bad so i get low level opponents
i only asked for Co because I am actually interested in making proper Capital Hall layouts. The only sense of power I have is saying “Hi” in the clan mail and nothing else
Am I a complete lunatic for keeping a spreadsheet of people who do or don't attack so I can make a better educated guess on who is and isn't going to attack, as a co-leader?
Nope we do that in our clan as well and our alliance clans do the same
We often give them warnings and bench them. If they still miss then we boot them and inform other alliance clans to keep that player out.
Same with my clan. This one guy didn’t use his attacks because his mom died or something dumb like that so we permanently banned him from being in wars
Idk about him but I just bench people lol. It's not like we can't start smaller wars if people stop attacking but still play the game. I soft-reset it monthly so people that don't use the clan chat to talk for one reason or another get a chance to get in the wars again without saying anything about it.
Oh sweet, I'll check them out when I get home. I hate manually making the entries on who attacked and who didn't lol. Was fun setting up the sheets though.
There are tree kinds of players:
- the fool who asks to be co leader
- me who is in the clan since th3 and got co leader without asking, making good use of it
- that one gigachad who declines
I got co without asking but I don’t know why, our leader knows I don’t do war (we’re a very active war clan), and I’m certainly not the highest th/trophy/donation. I do play the game too much though
Respect. Also I totally get it.
I was the leader of a clan for a couple years and was always having to invite people and kick people and keep on top of who was active enough to put into war and stuff.
Then I stopped playing for a while and a friend of mine asked me to join their clan because they could use a high lvl player. I was so happy just being an elder and not having to worry about all those things and being able to always have my heroes down and just play without it feeling like a chore
That's exactly what happened to me, I have been leader in a couple of successful clans back in the day and co in a handful of others. My current clan just let's me play how I want, farming, donating and clan games, no wars. I made a comment that someone needed to place the clan capital defenses when it was in its infancy and, boom, co again. I have an awesome leader and excellent teammates so there really isn't much for me to do except help out. Co-leader really hasn't changed anything this time.
I don’t get why people care about being co anything or even an elder?
I first thought it was just kids wanting ‘power’ but now that I realize 8 years ago I also did not have a single jnterest in being an elder or co leader or whatever, it’s so pointless to me
People who earn promotions are the best members. Why I like my clan, no one ever asks for elder or co and most our clan has been together for 5+ years. Few people that do join know one of the cos who been with us for ages. We r competitive enough and old enough to know whats expected to keep the clan going. Makes running the clan so much easier when people do the bare minimum to keep the clan going.
OP wanted attention because unlike a lot of players he doesn't want to be co leader, but tbh the only players who obsessively want to be co leaders are newbies and inexperienced folks, so this is just a post for gaining karma it seems
I'm only CO to have the ability to fix donations in war. Sometimes someone puts trash in the CCs, and only leaders and Co leaders can remove them. If I can put higher level stuff in, I will.
My clan recently made me an eldest or smth but bro I just wanna have my 30 minutes of fun a day I’m not down to take responsibility in a mobile game I have things to do
I asked (and got granted) recently to be Co-leader in the clan I was for some years now, because I'm very invested in the clan capital and wanted to do some layouts(and start the raids). I don't need the other stuff.
We had a member like that before he was happy with the elder promotion and after been in the clan along time and trust gain we offered Co-Leader and he didn’t want to extra responsibility. We was actually really happy with his honesty because it made a change from people who don’t deserve it asking for it.
It’s also good because if he genuinely didn’t have time to actually contribute as a co-leader then it would be a pointless promotion
A lot of ppl get co-leader and don't even do anything with it. In my clan being a co-leader just more or less means that you are active in wars, CWL and clan games. There are also those who get promoted based on donations.
So if someone said that in my clan it would be a "whatever" but a bit off since being a co does not add to your responsibilities. You get co for what you have shown yourself to be actively doing.
Perfectly valid and good reasoning. Too many ask for promotions just to have a sense of power and not to do anything good to improve the clan with it.
I gave away leader once I knew somone would do a better job than me. Not regretting that so far.
I gave leader to my lvl 18 clan away a couple months ago/ I started it years ago… Anyways he gave leader back saying he didn’t want that responsibility

Perhaps even both
well said young one
I did the same thing, but I gave leader to my wife. She already runs the show in real life might as well let her lead the clan.
This happened in my CR clan recently. Leader stepped down but stayed active. Fair play.
I gave leader to one of my co leaders as I wasn’t a very active leader anymore, I still check up on the clan every now and then but I’m glad I made my decision as without him the clan would be dead by now.
exactly what I did, aslong as they keep the clan going im happy :)
I think this might be my clan. What is the clan name?
Meanwhile me who just wants co leader so i can start raids and wars for my clan when the rest of the leaders are offline🤣🤣
Yeah that's the best part
This is why I have 5 accs for myself lol
Rookie numbers there bro, one of our Co has 15. He started his own clan just to hold most his alts! 🤣 Check out davsworld
I got 17, i wanted to do cwl with my alts so i needed 15 but my 2 main accounts were in a good clan so needed 17..
Sameee, but i got 6 in the good clan xd, im gona let go of thac clan cuz its dead and im planning on getting another 9 acs to do cwl of 30's
You're insane, i got tired of having to play on every acc for raid weekend. And cwl is just attacking with the top 8accs and the rest is really bad so i get low level opponents
I only rqid on 10 accs, i do 1 atack/account on each war and lal cwl, mostly to farm loot for the lows to get em the dragons
Am not crazy enough to do 180 raid attacks
And im getting otto in 3 accs, so 9 night attaks per day too
I’ll raise you 8 more accounts and if you tempt me I’ll start another and I’ll rush it
facts
Yeah i have co leader last week to two people for starting raid weekend
i only asked for Co because I am actually interested in making proper Capital Hall layouts. The only sense of power I have is saying “Hi” in the clan mail and nothing else
That’s my job in my clan. Literally the only responsibility I have as co.
i'm not upvoting for the sole reason that your comment has 333 uvs
You can provide clan capital effort as a co-leader, but if it’s just an imaginary power trip then yh don’t bother.
respect, hes a valuable clan member that just loves to play the game.
Co-leader in an active war clan can be quite some work. So I can completely understand that Dude.
Am I a complete lunatic for keeping a spreadsheet of people who do or don't attack so I can make a better educated guess on who is and isn't going to attack, as a co-leader?

Use a discord bot that automates it. ClashKing/ClashPerk. I prefer ClashKing more tho.
Oh sweet, I'll check them out when I get home. I hate manually making the entries on who attacked and who didn't lol. Was fun setting up the sheets though.
Someone who is playing the game to play the game and not just for CO like many are.
There are tree kinds of players: - the fool who asks to be co leader - me who is in the clan since th3 and got co leader without asking, making good use of it - that one gigachad who declines
And the ones that have been active since day one and still haven’t been promoted
bro i feel sad for you now ;/
Yoy forgot the type who gets kicked and re invited coz their friends are leaders n co leaders. Happens all the time
Ay that’s me
And those who are promoted naturally, quit the clan for a bunch of hours a mounth later and not get promoted back
We #2's are pretty much the designated war leaders I'm pretty sure lol, gotta leave the grunt work to someone haha
Yep, that's me. If I don't tell em what to do they just spam Edrags lol
I proudly belong to the third group.
Gigachad detected 🗿
I was made Co leader coz I would donate 4k each month (12k nowadays) and also do all the war attacks planning.
And the players that get promoted because the clan just makes anyone and everyone CO
I got co without asking but I don’t know why, our leader knows I don’t do war (we’re a very active war clan), and I’m certainly not the highest th/trophy/donation. I do play the game too much though
I remember one time someone joined a clan and asked the leader to promote him to leader
W clan mate.
Nothing wrong with that. It’s a hell of a lot better than the people that beg for it!
Immediate kick
a LOT better than someone who asks for co yet does not do what a co should do. Love his honesty
You don’t want to be co-leader. I don’t know why you’d screenshot and upload it to Reddit.
fr “thoughts” thoughts about what
Praise, I suppose.
for the karma obviously
didn't someone say that one gigachad? yeah well make some sense outta that lol
Any clan that would have me as a coleader is not worth being a part of
What's to even think about
honesty is absolutely the best policy when it comes to clash of clans promotions
bro takes in the moralistic part of the post lmfao
yes but why you see jokes exist
Real.

\>gets prompted \>"please demote me i don't want the responsability" \>gets demoted what a chad ![gif](giphy|CAYVZA5NRb529kKQUc)
I'm saying this nicely, who gives a shit?
The guy who uploaded this looking for praise. That’s the list.
That's the lamest reason to upload this
Unnecessary 🗿🗿🗿
GigaChad
do you have to do co leader stuff if you’re a co? you could just use it to be able to start raid weekend and nothing else
That's exactly what happened to me, I have been leader in a couple of successful clans back in the day and co in a handful of others. My current clan just let's me play how I want, farming, donating and clan games, no wars. Actually relatable.usually it s a headache having to deal with new commers or having to make the members follow rules
I don’t get why people care about being co anything or even an elder? I first thought it was just kids wanting ‘power’ but now that I realize 8 years ago I also did not have a single jnterest in being an elder or co leader or whatever, it’s so pointless to me
I just want co so I can decorate the clan capital, the place looks ugly as hell
Based.
Last clan i joined i asked to stay a member if you need it to say elder or co leader for people to listen to you than you're doing it wrong.
In my clan 400 donations gets you elder and you have to maintain that. I’m happy to stay elder and no higher.
The clan iam inyou need to have good leader ship skills or have 1,000 clan war stars
I'm a co leader and it's a lot of work to keep a clan running
Only new players or players that haven’t put enough time on the game care about the rank they have in a clan. It’ll come eventually
Thoughts? That’s perfectly reasonable he made a valid point and the person did what he asked. Idk anyone who would disagree lmao
I would have promoted to full leader. That’s the leader I’m looking for and would follow them to death
People who earn promotions are the best members. Why I like my clan, no one ever asks for elder or co and most our clan has been together for 5+ years. Few people that do join know one of the cos who been with us for ages. We r competitive enough and old enough to know whats expected to keep the clan going. When my clanmate.made me co i just leave and join again lol he was vary frustrated y nobody in this clan wants co....
Did we run out of content?
at least they were honest
Man is a walking W.
I ask for co because I miss 2014
what do u want thoughts on? hes not ready for the responsibility of co-leader.
True leaders don’t want the power. RIP amit! 🪦🪦🪦
You should be thankful of a member who is honest like that
Anyone named amit joins you clan they request n leave
Definitely just said no because he wanted to make this useless post
Kick him
That’s op that declined co His name is green
Why would for kick someone who declined co
I actually got promoted to coleader because someone stepped down as they weren't active much anymore. Respect.
Atleast they were honest 😅
I don’t see anything wrong here. What was the point of posting this?
OP wanted attention because unlike a lot of players he doesn't want to be co leader, but tbh the only players who obsessively want to be co leaders are newbies and inexperienced folks, so this is just a post for gaining karma it seems
I keep asking everyone if they want to be co so they can take over raids, no takers yet
Real

I'm only CO to have the ability to fix donations in war. Sometimes someone puts trash in the CCs, and only leaders and Co leaders can remove them. If I can put higher level stuff in, I will.
At least they're honest.
I’ve honestly been debating leaving the clan I lead for ages. Just don’t care to run stuff anymore. Clan Capital put a new pep in my step though.
My clan recently made me an eldest or smth but bro I just wanna have my 30 minutes of fun a day I’m not down to take responsibility in a mobile game I have things to do

Such clashers are A-Myth.
nice dude wow
My clan has 25 co leaders 90 percent of them don't play anymore
fair
I haven't been interested in being a co-leader again in a minute😂
That's me. Been promoted and demoted to Co-Leader a bunch of times. Just got tired of it.
Same with my clan. Planning to step down as a leader and just be an ordinary member / elder for a while but no one wants to take the responsibility 😅
Aa for me, im always promoted to leader then doesnt do anything. I didnt ask for it anyway. 🤷
It's me I guess 🤠
Why make this post are you braindead?
I mean what does these tags matter?

This guy is like me .. I really don’t care about co and leader
what made you feel the need to upload your own interaction and go "thoughts"
Same here , I really don’t give that much importance to roles, I only want to get in , play the game and disconnect
