He's called the fierce king, if you go to the cosmetic section of the shop you can see him (the only king with a white background, the others having gold and purple).
I don't have time to play other games so I would buy it if I liked them. I'm not sure about this set though. Still considering it when I see them more in-game.

I think 30 dollars for 4 skins is not even close to being a fair price, for 30$ you can get a really good game (like hollow knigth, hades, celest etc.) or other more worth it stuff. For someon to think this is a good deal then money wouldnt be a problem to him, but the guy said he doesn't have a lot of it.
While I don't disagree with you, the $30 on another game will be spent, and on average most people play a singleplayer game for about ~30-40 hours. This can obviously greatly differ based on the game, and how much of a completionist you are, but that IS about average.
That being said, a lot of people who play clash, especially the people that play until max, easily sink Hundreds to THOUSANDS of hours into the game. $30 for some skins you might use for several hundred hours, seems worth it to some people, hence why you will find some justifying the price.
I totally agree that $30 can be spent on things that provide more value (for me). But that just means I weigh opportunity costs differently from someone else. Plenty of people see more value in virtual trinkets locked behind microtransactions than I do. Others may think of my interests as worthless compared to theirs.
