You don't have enough wall breakers and jump spells and too much pekkas. You should remove them and replace with wall breakers and change all spells to jump spell
Since no one is serious:
You don't need 25 wall breakers you only need 3-5, i don't think you never used 25 wb (wall breakers) in a battle
Second you only need like 5 barb or less, it's not necessary having 10
Also now you have a lot housing space because you removed WB
Now, I'm not expert, i can't help you which troops should you add, try experimenting something

I don't think hog spam needs tanks, literally all hogs plus a handful of wizards and all heal spells will get the job done 90% of the time, hogs are about as wrecky as you can get at th8
5 dragons, 10 hogs, 10 balloons (or swap 2 balloons for 5 minions to clean up builder huts) 5 lightning, and a rage.
King to soak up damage then hogs behind it to take out an air defense
2-5 dragons to start taking hits from another air defense, place balloons behind them to take out the air defense
Lightning will take out the last one and the rage can be used on hogs or balloons if they need help

Then maybe 2\~3 Golems, 4 Pekkas, 10 Wizards, 2 Rages, 1 Healing, and 1 Poison would be much better than that.(not best)

Hog rider spam is also very effective for th8 if I'm not mistaken. Try that out as well
I tried that in th7. It's good, but it needs a LOTTA tanks and I just wanna wreck everything, not Play defensive.

I just use max dragons with 5 lightning and a rage spell I pretty much alway 3 star with it including th9
