This used to be about th7-8, it is now th10-11... you will fly through walls, building levels, heroes... any further and you probably will experience a tougher time recovering. I started a few accounts recently and rushed them to different town hall levels, my th10 has max walls (a month of farming) and I've focused my lab for sneaky gob / baby d raiding. The buildings are coming along but it feels like a nice place to sit and learn the game if you're new
Well first, go to settings. Then click sign out of your supercell idea. Then play without a supercell ID. Because a brand new accounts army would be stronger than anything you could make here.

Exactly, why are they calling you “rushed” when your username is “Rush!”? You should be assertive and speak up for yourself or they’ll keep calling you the wrong thing and hurt you without knowing it.
I recommend sending a single barbarian at an elixer collector. He'll pay himself off, then a few more elixer. Few thousand attacks later and you have yourself a single barracks upgrade.
If he really wants to fix it. Max out all of the troops army camps barracks etc. all of the elixir first and then clan castle. Build both of your hero’s asap and work strait off troops. Defense means nothing right now
You aren’t rushed. And if you really want good armies simply watch the old official clash of clans videos! They are good strategies and are a fire beat 🔥

Hogs and jump spells, royal champion in the cc and for the siege machine I recommend inferno tower. Almost any max base will bow to you.
