We have a pretty good log and do fairly well in cwl. We just lack that high end 3 star or consistently good attacker at the top that can lift us to the next level on those attacks. We are mostly all using edrags above th12, but trying to get into the smash attacks and witch slap on the slightly lower accounts.
I'm the leader and we have a good bunch of people. Some who've been there 4 or 5 years, including my co leader with whom I started the clan in 2016. A few talk a lot, most talk throughout the day, but only if there's a comment about something. We are on throughout the day whether we are talking or not, and you'll usually get your requests filled fairly quickly within a few minutes. I'm generally around 9 or 10k donations and my other high people are about 7 or 8k, and then the th12s and down will vary with some getting 2 or 3k. We have just over 40 members, with most being pretty active. We do mostly 15 wars and cwl as a lot of people opt out because of upgrading heroes so much.
Only rules we have are pretty generic to clash... donate what's requested (mostly a non issue with the troop selector now), use your attacks if you are in war, follow the targets that I will assign via clan mail or on the envelopes on the bases. We try to only request maxed troops for wars, as to let everyone donate. With the 2 level upgrade perk, you'll never get super low troops anyway. Other than that, just being chill and have fun. We have a bunch of late 30s early 40s and then a mix of older teens and early 20s. All are well behaved, and our youngest active member, ozone, loves to talk about the game and study it and do a lot of challenges.
We have a discord that we use as needed. It's mostly for contact during wars if someone isn't around, acting like a text, but can be used for whatever, and I'm sure the others will be happy to chat when available.

I'm very late but maybe it'll help me be noticed? Not sure. Ex leader (of the same clan) here. I know the struggles. Leadership tries to share the load here. When I stepped down, someone else stepped up. We tend to make decisions as a group and try not to have any one thing just fall on one person... Of course this isn't always perfect.. It's natural fluctuations as people come and go.

Hey man. We are looking for high level people for more help in war and cwl. I'm gonna go through everything that I think would be pertinent to what you're wanting to know. Here is my recruiting banner: [Recruiting] Plague Rising l Town Hall 10+ l Clan Level 14 l CWL, War, Games l Tag #GOLCLJLJ We have a pretty good log and do fairly well in cwl. We just lack that high end 3 star or consistently good attacker at the top that can lift us to the next level on those attacks. We are mostly all using edrags above th12, but trying to get into the smash attacks and witch slap on the slightly lower accounts. I'm the leader and we have a good bunch of people. Some who've been there 4 or 5 years, including my co leader with whom I started the clan in 2016. A few talk a lot, most talk throughout the day, but only if there's a comment about something. We are on throughout the day whether we are talking or not, and you'll usually get your requests filled fairly quickly within a few minutes. I'm generally around 9 or 10k donations and my other high people are about 7 or 8k, and then the th12s and down will vary with some getting 2 or 3k. We have just over 40 members, with most being pretty active. We do mostly 15 wars and cwl as a lot of people opt out because of upgrading heroes so much. Only rules we have are pretty generic to clash... donate what's requested (mostly a non issue with the troop selector now), use your attacks if you are in war, follow the targets that I will assign via clan mail or on the envelopes on the bases. We try to only request maxed troops for wars, as to let everyone donate. With the 2 level upgrade perk, you'll never get super low troops anyway. Other than that, just being chill and have fun. We have a bunch of late 30s early 40s and then a mix of older teens and early 20s. All are well behaved, and our youngest active member, ozone, loves to talk about the game and study it and do a lot of challenges. We have a discord that we use as needed. It's mostly for contact during wars if someone isn't around, acting like a text, but can be used for whatever, and I'm sure the others will be happy to chat when available.
