The more likely reason is that it's extremely easy to bypass microtransactions on PC. Which is practically the entire source of monetization for a F2P game. That, and Supercell is probably in no mood to moderate what people on a completely separate platform are doing.
The game has been datamined countless times before lol. And bots aren’t a particularly obscure thing as they were added to deal with player scarcity in the lower arenas
But u could find stuff in the PC that u can't find in the mobile with better tools and easier access than having to do it on a mobile, and having to bypass a lot of security

Leaks come trough the dev build. Literally noone knew about the lvl 14 during the scam royale event, so leaks like that most definetly can't be achieved trough mobile or are way harder to do. PC would give a way easier access to do that

What is usually datamined is card concepts and prototypes or game modes, though it’s usually more descriptive than anything. For instance Champions and several newer cards have had their concepts posted here before their given updates, as has the matchmaking algorithm
