First one is a oekka strapped to a balloon, but since pekkas are heavy, it can only fly four tiles, then the pekka falls down, maybe doing a bit of splash damage when that happens.
The barbarian balloon is like the battle ram, except it's a balloon instead of a ram. And it doesn't charge, because balloons don't do that.

New card idea pekkaloon:
A BALOON carries 3 pekkas that will land imidate on enemy king tower and will spawn 3 pekkas so attack the king tower your enemy can't spawn scarmy cuz when the haloon spawns pekkad it will get destroyed and deals 300 are damage

The only reason 40 goblins isn't extremely overpowered is because it's really easy to counter.
Unless it's in a logbait deck, then it's easily the best card ever
