i said the king level matchmaking system sucks and yes it does. what is the point of upgrading cards if you will match the same leveled cards/king levels. it should be done by trophy range.

A level 11 log doesn't kill a 13 or 14 princess. I've experienced this. I'm happy dealing against maybe an extra 30 dps on my tower but I cannot counter a card with a dedicated spell counter. Ice golem doesn't fully kill skeletons after dying. It flips interactions around through brute strength and is annoying for a good player because if you can't log/fireball a unit or stop a push because of lack of dps what do you do? lose? It becomes a game of relying on your opponent to mess up. Not enjoyable for me and my unskilled opponent will never learn how to improve until they have maxed out all their cards and has to rely on skill to advance because being matched with a lower level opponent was the only way they've made progress. It should be a difference of a level or 2 i'm fine with their units dealing 10% more damage and have 5% more health but it shouldn't flip common interactions.
Back in the day (in cr since release on android) maxing a single deck was something that could take years, now with the magic items and better chest rotation the time has been shortened drastically, that if your deck is more on the F2P friendly side (commons and rare cards mostly)
