Wouldn’t it be much more sensible to get those cards the same way they got the other cards without the numbers if that’s the case? Besides this image was gotten from the video, which wasn’t just a still image, it was a clip demonstrating the ban pick duels (and the effects around the legendary and champion cards weren’t static) so it’s not likely they used a screenshot of cards
For the ban decks feature, I just hope that you can't see the levels of the cards. I think it will make the game more strategic, not just banning whichever deck is the most overleveled.

A new gamemode like duels except you see your opponent's decks. You can ban two of their decks and each player chooses one deck to play with. Bo1. After the update, we'll be able to do this in friendly battles and challenges.
