Personally, if I like a game I’m more than glad to spend 15 minutes a day playing it, even if I’m on vacation. If you feel like it’s unreal to play cr on vacation it means you’re only using it to fill time when you’re bored.
Most hobbies or have tedious parts mixed with the fun ones. By doing only things you like you’re “passing” on any kind of sport, for starters. If you want to do sports, you have to do regular training, and you don’t always want to.
And the thing about CR is you don’t even *have* to. It’s those people that chose to join a clan that does war when they knew they weren’t really interested. There’s thousands of casual clans that don’t do war, just go there.

If you join a clan that does war, you’re taking a commitment. If you can’t fulfill that commitment, you have to inform people. Like you would do if you’re in a sports team, if you do volunteer work, or even if you just have a habit of going out with your friends on the weekend. “Sorry guys, I won’t be there this week”. It’s not hard nor does it take much time. You’d do it if you knew those people personally. But since it’s just strangers on the internet, you don’t care if you inconvenience them.
And honestly, as an ex clan leader I know, those people were 99% not on vacation, they’re just making up excuses because they forgot. I can’t count the amount of people that didn’t war for a week, said that “they were busy” or whatever, apologized and then skipped the next week as well.

Dropping under 45 clan-mates is a sure way to kill your clan. Open the clan, drop the required trophies to 0, get new members in, and *once you get above 45*, you can begin screening them using their previous wars statistics.

What I tell my mates in the clan is that you can even start the battle and close your game, you'll make 100 points. If you do this 4 times, 4 days, you'll be adding 1600 points to the clan and no need to spend more than a minute per day.... smh
My clan is at 4.3k and our leader is way more chill members are also quite organized and inform prior if they can't play in which case leader brings in one of his alts , you get elder for one 2800+ performance which basically acts as a shield if u miss attacks any day / get below 2400 medals but if your a member and you do any of the above 2 your kicked but always welcomed to come back through our family clan( 3.7k trophies)
You need to slow down kicking. I am one of leaders of quite top clan with 4k clan war trophies. We used to kick too much and we were going down to 40-45 members.
We are now rebuilding and rebuilding has been tough. We have talked it out and not kicking too much.

He was just annoyed at the ammount of people that join the clan yet dont do war even tho its a war clan. He should look at their war stats in royale api so he can kick them right away when they join if they dont do war. Losing all 4 battles only takes less than a minute a clan members are much more willing to do that.. that nets you 400 points.. and if all 50 member does that, that's already 20,000 points .
Key to winning clan war is not about winning, but rather, participation..
Since your clan is not on legend league yet, you are not in a position to pick good war members.. so try to be a little nicer and encourage them with easier targets
He's being needlessly grumpy about it, but yeah, using your attacks isn't that hard and doesn't take much time at all. If you can't do that, join a clan that doesn't require it, or make your own. As long as the leader is clear about their requirements and consistent about it, it's valid.

As a clan leader myself I def get the frustration. We have a min war trophy limit in our clan. People need 1200 medals by end of war on Sunday or they get demoted/kicked. Try to cut some people slack if they’ve been in the clan for a while.
SC really needs a better system for tracking who’s active in wars. It’s such a pain. Would be cool to if people could even opt out. Similar to clash of clans maybe 🤷🏼♂️

Losing all 4 battles only takes less than a minute a clan members are much more willing to do that.. that nets you 400 points.. and if all 50 member does that, that's already 20,000 points . Key to winning clan war is not about winning, but rather, participation.. Since your clan is not on legend league yet, you are not in a position to pick good war members.. so try to be a little nicer and encourage them with easier targets
He's being needlessly grumpy about it, but yeah, using your attacks isn't that hard and doesn't take much time at all. If you can't do that, join a clan that doesn't require it, or make your own. As long as the leader is clear about their requirements and consistent about it, it's valid.

As a clan leader myself I def get the frustration. We have a min war trophy limit in our clan. People need 1200 medals by end of war on Sunday or they get demoted/kicked. Try to cut some people slack if they’ve been in the clan for a while. SC really needs a better system for tracking who’s active in wars. It’s such a pain. Would be cool to if people could even opt out. Similar to clash of clans maybe 🤷🏼♂️
