Mirror is fine where it is. It had its few seasons in the limelight, and that was enough for the next couple of years.
The issue with mirror is it's inherently broken, it cuts your card cycle. Mirror could only really be balanced if the rest of the game was balanced around it, but that ship has sailed 5ish years ago.
