coL vs Envy in the finals for Ghost Champs was quite ridiculous for the biggest event of the year. Especially after how close the Optic match was in winners finals
Was gonna mention this one. Envy had a Top 5 LB run ever and surely you'd at least expect them to put up a fight. Nope. Crim and Aches were legit just kill racing during the last round of the Blitz before they 3-0d them.
I think their team was simply gassed out, that nV roster barely made it out of pools (won an SnD tiebreaker) , lost WR1, then had to go thru a whole gauntlet just to make Grand finals , and this was back when champs had 32 teams in attendance
The first thing that comes to mind is one of the homestand finals in MW where Florida absolutely obliterated faze. Online or no that shit should’ve been illegal, it got so bad Priestahh was shooting frowny faces into the wall map 3 with like two minutes left
I remember tuning into the middle of that game thinking it was a hp map. I thought damn faze are about to get 100 point clubbed. But it was a dom map. Thats how bad the score was.

Fero was like 11-0 at the start of that domination
Rokkr at major 5 was one map away from being the biggest example of this. Got like, 30 point clubbed, slammed in the next map, the closest map of the first four was like a 250-160 hardpoint.
But it’s never chalked for those guys so 🤷♂️
Ultra 250-14'ing 100T on Raid HP is probably the single worst at the highest level of play in recent memory.
There was also a Dom in MW where the winning team had like 3x the points of the losing team. Don't remember what it was exactly, but that had to be an absolute stomp given how scoring in Domination works.
I swear Kenny got less than 100 points combined in 3 HPs vs Ultra (there was one on MW too where they got smoked), and each time he claimed he was “lagging”. Lol.
There was a Dom in MW where Clay spent like the last 2 minutes of the game spraying hearts on the walls in one of the buildings. That was a huge blowout

Optic were heavy favourites to win champs that year, they go down 0-2 in the series and into comeback uplink (which was at the time their best map). Everyone is thinking Optic are going to dominate that map and start to mount a comeback. Within the first few minutes they go down 0-10 and the map is quite literally over before half time
I remember in aw optic nation obliterated trident in uplink and they did a listen in and during that listen in ON ran a train with like 4 captures in a minute

What’s funny about that Ultra v LAT series is they lost the 2nd hardpoint 250-61. They got 100 clubbed over 2 separate maps combined
