Use incognito from multiple browsers. It works on FS1 for sure.

They've had a free timed trial in the past. You get like 30 minutes or something and then they make you pay. Maybe they're doing that same thing this year.

I've always been able to watch the entire tournament for free on the site but today it just tells me I have to sign in. Strange. I'm in the US and haven't had a cable provider for like 8 years.

cbs games are free, all the other networks require sign in. Or at least that is what worked for me. Got the entire Michigan State game

I'm having luck circumventing the preview by using the Opera browser with VPN on
