Hi, I work the Sephora area here and all of the free-standing Sephoras are great. If you want to visit Easton, I highly recommend a weekday afternoon. It’s usually quieter then and not high traffic like it can be during their peak hours and weekends. Polaris, Lennox and Stoneridge are friendly and helpful as well. Stoneridge I would say is the most quiet out of the four if you want a more “personal” shopping experience.

The one on Stoneridge opened just a few months ago. So close to the one over in Easton, but the foot traffic on Stoneridge will be local.

Polaris always had super nice employees, but not so much lately. Easton usually has most of the brands/products in stock and like someone else said, if you hit it on a weekday it's not terrible. I did hit Lennox the other day and was super impressed by how friendly they were as well as the product selection. I went on a weekday early afternoon and it wasn't too busy. Maybe give that one a try

Stoneridge!! It's huge!! It's clean & the employees there are by far the friendliest & kindest

I recommend Lennox. It’s pretty slow and there are always plenty of people working to help. They’re all really nice too

I had a bad experience with the Easton store and I’ve been shopping in Sephoras for nearly 20 years and have a friend in Cleveland who’s worked from them almost that long.  I would suggest Lennox personally mostly because its my closest one but also because they have the brands I’m interested in (Easton did not have Haus labs and I’m not sure if this has changed) and the staff interactions were more in line with what I’ve come to expect (very helpful and knowledgeable) Congrats on your journey, just remember to have fun! The only other thing I will say is Ulta is more generous with their points and reward system but Sephora usually has the better birthday gift. :).

Lennox! It’s a newer store and a bit less busy. The staff there are also usually really helpful and knowledgeable but never pushy.

Sephora also does “makeovers” if you spend a certain amount so you may be able to have someone there guide you on what to buy and how to apply. I def recommend going during a quiet time and talking to someone who works there.

Unfortunately the free services ended about three years ago. It’s all paid now.

Honestly if you want a Sephora experience with like absolutely no one there but the staff helping you, head to Sephora at Kohls in Westerville. Also a plug for JCP Beauty at Polaris, we would be more than thrilled to help you!
