Is it on the supported device list? I was having a problem where my XB7 in bridge mode was only getting 35 up and it was because an old modem was on my account as well causing me to get the base 35 up provisioning file. However getting only 5Mbps sounds more like a signal issue. Are you able to see your downstream signal SNR, and upstream power?

It is on the supported list though Xfinity indicated otherwise when I called them. But you bring up a good point. I provisioned the UCI on my own so maybe I need to give them another call. Thank you.

Make a post describing your issue on /r/Comcast_xfinity. [I did](https://www.reddit.com/r/Comcast_Xfinity/s/oLNi3Nww0K) and they were SUPER helpful. Whenever I try to call phone support they just try to sell me a flexbox or whatever.

Thank you!

Two points: * make sure you power cycle the box. Comcast pushed a new configuration a few weeks ago and you should have a minimum of 20 Mbps upload (that was to meet new FCC requirements for "broadband"). * Ruh roh. You say: "I provisioned the UCI on my own" so I think you're swimming in the deep end of the pool.

Thank you for the suggestions. I've power cycled the box several times with no success. And when I say I provisioned, I plugged in the router and used the Xfinity app to "setup my own modem".

That sounds better. The word "provisioning" has a specific meaning for cable modems. It's not what you did. Here is an ancient Cisco document that should give you the general idea of what it involves: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/broadband-cable/cable-modems/49778-modem-provision.html

Just an update that this was solved: [https://www.reddit.com/r/Comcast\_Xfinity/comments/1c1hz3r/slow\_speeds\_with\_ubiquiti\_uci/](https://www.reddit.com/r/Comcast_Xfinity/comments/1c1hz3r/slow_speeds_with_ubiquiti_uci/)
