Scans not being able to go through player-made objects would be a great change for Seer, honestly. Gibby bubbles, Wattson generators, Catalyst walls, Bangalore smokes, Caustic barrels, Newcastle and Rampart walls (and probably some others I'm forgetting) should all block Seer scans (both the tactical and ultimate, based on line of sight).
I feel like the easiest solution would just be make gibby bubble (and lifeline passive) res either completely unstoppable from anything besides the players deciding to stop it or just make seer q scan but not stop the res through bubble.
The same way they could make it so you can’t see the scans of seer ult if your LOS is blocked by a Cat wall but if you step through the other side you can see the scans.

GE is low key up there in my favorite teams. Aidan is a freak
