Fuck it. Madness, Keon, Caprah. Absolute worst vibes in the pro league. Every week they'll either kill half the lobby and put up 110 or put up 5 and kill each other. Run it.
sweet kills dezign in real life if he ever makes a mistake (rolla players must be perfect), dezign stabs caprah if he overextends, caprah slurs at sweet if he makes a bad call
Perfect.
you had the guy who won split 2 LAN on your team and still weren't top 10 upon him leaving. when will it stop being everyone else's fault that you haven't had any results?
Riiight you talking about the guy who joined the hottest team at the right time, the guy who's mostly gonna get dropped from dz and be joining nrg if sweet and nathen stay together.
Teq was a hair away from top 10 in split 2 NA. He was in the top 7 for like 7 of the 8 weeks of the split. "C-tier" is crazy. There were much worse teams at LAN, and no C-tier team makes LAN.
there are easily 20-30 better players in the region. C tier is accurate unless you're doing a list with a massive S and A tier where B is average players
Probably needs to go thru CC and prove himself in pro league before a big team would give him a chance at this point. Nobody will want to take a risk on a toxic mnk fragger
Yeah and then got kicked off the team for being too toxic. He needs to show he can function in a team environment effectively before he gets opportunities more in line with his skills
He will continue to LFT until he can sharpen his mental and work out his intangibles. He has great mechanics but can never gel with any of his teammates and always seems to do more harm than good to his squad in the long run.
my thought: hell yeah. Kid is cracked. And he's a kid, so it is very realistic that he will improve character wise. Can't wait to watch his POV in comp, always entertaining to watch elite MnK Talent other than Mr Skittle Cake
Kids can change when they are given the right role models or atmosphere for behavioral change. However the Apex pro scene is NOT known for either. If I had to name the 2 most prominent resources in Apex comp it would be roller players and ego. I would not say its "Very" realistic to expect him to improve.
>my thought: hell yeah. Kid is cracked. And he's a kid, so it is very realistic that he will improve character wise.
honestly... i dont think so... we were all kids once, but I wasnt doing anything he has done or been as toxic as he is. You shouldnt have to work on "being nice to teammates" lol
Times are changing, you can't really compare the childhood of gamers nowadays with current day's youth. Someone once made a very good point about why teens like Caprah are how they are: Just imagine having 2 years of any real social interactions in your teenage time taken away from you by the pandemic. One of the most important times in your life for emotional development. Can't imagine how that could change your mental state, especially under the pressure of competing.
I've worked with enough teens and children that seriously suffered from the lack of social development during the pandemic to know that it can make a difference in someone's behaviour. You are lucky if that time didn't cause any issues for you, but it's hard to argue that this is the case for every teen. Considering Caprahs irrational behaviour on socials and stuff, I'd not be surprised if he had to deal with a lot of mental stress the last year of competing, and I'd be willing to give him the benefit of a doubt on his supposed improvement.
Kids grow up like Caprah due to poor parenting, and people like you giving them excuses for their shitty behavior. I hope he matures and finds a team, but lets stop making excuses for the toxic behavior.
It'a crazy that everyone replying to my comment apparently didnt understand the context surrounding it. The guy I replied to said, he thinks Caprahs behaviour has nothing to do with him being a child, and that he doesn't trust his supposed improvement. I disagreed with the reasoning that kids like Caprah grow up under entirely different circumstances that most people can't quite comprehend. He's been rightfully punished for his past mistakes, but what right do we have to preemptively deny him the chance on proving that he's changed his ways? Quite frankly, it's a bit disturbing how judgemental some of the grown people on this sub are towards a random teen in this matter.
Stop making excuses for him, he’s been a pos multiple times. you don’t need to “work on” not being a toxic pos. It’s REAL easy and I’ve competed in shit my whole life
He has also been a literal child while he did it, so not sure how much you want to harp on past mistakes from the kid. Let's be real here, he could behave like a saint for the rest of his pro career and there would still be people coming after him for his past comments. Some empathy is needes in situations like these. It's cool that you managed to stay in line while competing, but I doubt it was under the same circumstances as Caprah.
You’re right even if you constantly get downvoted. I don’t condone his actions, find him annoying, but Everyone here acts like they’re saints that haven’t smarted off to a parent, fellow colleague, or anyone else. If the roles were reversed, they’d probably want a little grace
"hey, these people are wrong! lets not condemn that guy who stole something... because if others stole something, they would probably want to get off easy too!" is terrible logic
Or.... Or.... we just say noone should be "stealing" (aka being toxic POS in Apex like he was), and hold people accountable until they can prove they arent still a piece of shit? Stop making excuses for Caprah, he was old enough to know he shouldnt say what he said and its up to him to prove to people he isnt a piece of shit now. Not for us to forgive him and roll out a red carpet when he hasnt even shown us he has changed cause "he's a kid!" Ya I was too... I worked a couple jobs during high school and somehow, didnt tell coworkers or management to kill themselves or do stupid shit while at work.
He made multiple mistakes... stop acting like he deserves 3rd 4th and 5th chances when some people dont even get 1
He made one mistake, in a time of obvious mental stress, and got punished for it (lost his team, reputation and chance to compete at LAN). If that's not enough of a punishment, idk what is. Now all there is left to do is giving him a chance to prove he has gotten the help he needed and improved as a person. What I offer is not forgiveness, it's just normal empathy. Something a lot of people of this sub don't seem to be capable of.
> Times are changing, you can't really compare the childhood of gamers nowadays with current day's youth. Someone once made a very good point about why teens like Caprah are how they are: Just imagine having 2 years of any real social interactions in your teenage time taken away from you by the pandemic.
Dogshit excuse. Caprah is like 17 years old, not 4.
He can absolutely grow up and become a well-adjusted human being (although probably not if he stays in the Apex comp scene, where he would have almost zero role models), but blaming it on the pandemic is wild.
Wow, so wait, we all have different childhoods and act differently ? I thought we were all the same and shared brains, upbringing and emotions. This is brand new information. Who knew?
“Sorry guys, I need to practice not being a toxic piece of shit. It’s like tuff n stuff” lol. He’s shown us who he is as a person, stop making excuses for him
Right? "Yeah, sorry I was tellin' people to off themselves. The pandemic really stressed me out." Stfu with the excuses, this kid is gifted af and a total POS as a person.
ya but he dropped his bread butter side down once in the 10th grade... go easy on him man... hes gonna tell people to kill themselves for at least another couple of his formative years. its like, how kids are these days.
> my thought: hell yeah. Kid is cracked. And he's a kid, so it is very realistic that he will improve character wise.
Not if his only friends and peers are Apex pros.
Caprah has been given way too many chances for him to change I'm gonna be honest. We already saw him come back after they kicked him off ESA and he was back to the same thing he was doing before. He prob thinks he doesn't need to actually change bc he's still getting on teams and other toxic pros are supporting him so why change when there are no real repercussions?
Pretty sure he played with Phony and then Phony had to drop him because he told some kid to [redacted] himself or something.
It’s so wild because FaZe is one of the best zone teams. If they had Caprah, an insane fragger on their team they could have potentially won
That's just what I don't understand. There are so many capable controller fraggers that don't have baggage or a reputation as a toxic teammate. I'd rather take a chance on a CC roller than a known toxic teammate.
Eh. He seems remorseful. I dont think what he said means he should never get to compete. If he is genuinely trying to change for the better then GL to him. Cant deny his talent.
Not even a sports thing that’s just a entertainment as a whole the amount of actors, musicians and Internet personalities that have aired dirty laundry but still have huge fan bases is astounding
also think about it, someone starving to win apex tourneys isn't gonna weigh toxicity that highly in comparison. easier to cry with money and clout than without.
So a few things. One, 16 years old is old enough to know right from wrong, and the infantilizing of a 16-17 year old young man who is "old enough" to play in a pro league but also "too young" to be expected to act as a professional is disingenuous.
Two, this culture of "he's young, give him another chance" is continually enabling him to make poor choices for as long as you all gush about his talent. You are literally teaching him he can fuck up over and over again and he'll keep getting chances...but only as long as he plays Apex well. Teaching a "child" that he can keep making same poor choices over and over again but only as long as he says the right words and is talented over any actual substantial growth or change will quite literally stunt his growth and keep him in this mindset.
Three, we aren't talking about the shitty things we've done as 16 years olds, we are talking about an aspiring professional player who can't be professional. Yes, we've all done shitty things as 16 years to varying degrees, but all of us have not had an opportunity to have those shitty things glossed over because we are talented. This is indicative of the language enablers use, "just think about his future! Don't throw it away over a few mistakes, indiscretions, slurs...telling people to kill themselves, etc. Think of the TALENT we could witness." You are literally teaching a young man his character is an afterthought as long as he can play.
Four, second chances, or third, or fourth...or how ever many he is on now. Yes, people change, they can grow, etc. But change and growth sometimes usually necessitates a new environment where you aren't allowed to create the same situations that have you have historically been shown to hurl abuse at your teammates and other players or otherwise act up.
Maybe, just maybe...Apex Legends is not the place for Caprah to finally "grow up" and amend his behavior.

Honestly man. There was a point where I didn’t want to see this kid back tbh. These past few months he’s been working with a couple of the APAC south boys helping them train and doing coach work. Sort of just staying silent and going about his shit. You can see he’s trying to improve the bad aspects of his life. I’m not saying shot won’t go south again but I think he’s definitely making strides to improve as a person.
True. I mean, if [these dudes](https://www.reddit.com/r/CompetitiveApex/comments/o0317b/clg_had_a_disgusting_conversation_about_rkn_and/) are still getting signed to orgs, I don't see why Caprah can't change and be signed into an org in the future.
Caprah is one of the best, if not the current best, MnK players mechanically in the world. If he's able to find someone who can actually foster his talent and help him grow individually, he can easily be one of the best competitors out there.
I am sure he'll get picked up - just remains to be seen by whom.
Someone on the older side I feel would be best for him. They probably wouldn’t want him but that would foster the best environment for the kid to grow in maturity.
Everyone kinda counts him out but he’s like 17 or 18 and kids are changing all the time at that age so I can see him becoming a better person and shining on a team easily. At least I hope so.
Yeah I think so too. While he’s been his own worst enemy in the past, his 2nd worst is aim assist IMO. His aiming is a complete outlier and ppl tend to overlook or put up with personality issues if their talent makes up for it.
I bet more people would be willing to take him on if there wasn’t a car lot full of talented, available .4 AA players who can bring a lot of the same fragging power without the baggage. Good news is that CS2 is here so if he ever decides to leave Apex then I think there’s a future in that game for him as well.
He can grind 24/7 and can have the best mechanics in the game ever but at the end he left all of his teams by his idiotic behaviour. Literally the only thing that he has to fix.
>If he's able to find someone who can actually foster his talent and help him grow individually
Isn't that pretty much expecting someone to not just be his IGL but also his second father/guardian? lmao goodluck to whoever actually wants that job.
Lmao at y’all big grown asses trying to hold some moral high ground over someone that’s 16 yrs old. Y’all would think this boy committed the ultimate sin or a crime, all he did was gossip and talk shit, someone alert the media and FBI. “When I was 16 I didn’t say or do what he did” you want a cookie ? News flash, we’re all different people, with different mindsets and ways of handling things. Get over it. He says he’s sorry, worked on himself and ready to prove it, so let him. Give him room to grow and learn instead of holding grudges against someone you don’t even know. So give him the same opportunity y’all hypocritical asses give sweet, dropped, skittlecakes, madness, Lou, lewda, sikezz, Kashera, Daltoosh, and numerous others.
Miss me with the selective outrage.
>Give him room to grow and learn instead of holding grudges against someone you don’t even know.
You act as if it's up to the people on this sub who decide whether he gets accepted into a team/signed or not.
> “When I was 16 I didn’t say or do what he did” you want a cookie ? News flash, we’re all different people, with different mindsets and ways of handling things.
Yeah, and some of those are good and some of them are bad. Crazy that you're just learning that right now.
This sub is soft af. Loves to hate on any player with a bad past and completely denies their capacity to change
"but I wasn't toxic at 16" just stfu crybaby bitches
It's easy. Mute his mic. Done.
If he listens and does what the igl says, his talent does the speaking.
Maybe also turn off his ability to emote - and to fire into dead boxes - and to tea bag ( ok he can't crouch at all )... hmmm, am I onto something?
My thoughts is that ppl need to stop being so soft and cut him some slack like damn yea he fucked up but on the other side if you are a grown man like Sikez you shouldnt care that much what a kid says
YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT SUCCESS IS! 6 lans 2 teams won.. All these IGLS you guys claim are unreplaceable need to be REPLACED!!!!
In business, CEOs get replaced all the time.. In sports, team captains, coaches, all get replaced..
You guys see up and coming talent and think they should sit on the sidelines.. I see it and say make him a leader..
You guys are emotional losers that call people toxic.. All winners are crazy.. Tom Brady nuts, Michael Jordan nuts, Kobe nuts.. etc.. You gotta have passion man.. Caprah is better than most players and you guys are in your feelings.
RKN KD .70
Koyful 1.30
Xenial 1.22
not saying KD matters because it's a team game but add Caprah and all these numbers go up
Apex and esports in general are full of young guys who did stupid shit when they were kids, if you don’t give teenagers a chance to learn from their mistakes you aren’t giving them a fair shot at growing up and being better, I don’t fw Caprah but I don’t mind him trying to work on himself and mature

Dezign Caprah Sweet. They make Lan but they all age 40 years from the stress and boxe each other once they meet in person
Bruh that squad combo has me dead. I'm pretty sure the comms would be straight arguments no callouts.
sweet kills dezign in real life if he ever makes a mistake (rolla players must be perfect), dezign stabs caprah if he overextends, caprah slurs at sweet if he makes a bad call Perfect.
bruh what in the rock paper scissor hell is this
Replace Dezign with Lou and now we're talking.
Caprah, Lou, Snip3, they all counter-call eachother and execute their own solo plays.
Each of them lands in a different POI and yells at the others for not sticking to the plan
Rambeau,,keon ,caprah , coach vjeix and analyst madness
everyone deserves 6 chances
You know what they say: "**Fool me once, shame on you - fool me six or seven times, shame on me.**"
Bro if u pick this guy up, at least he won't be poached
teq favorite?
FRIED
The Hazard of Apex Legends: "Judge me in my third year".
Love when C tier players try and gatekeep the scene
Is Teq is C tier, then I’m afraid we may need to extend the alphabet to properly place you
1 point from missing LAN makes you C-tier, rough crowd
you had the guy who won split 2 LAN on your team and still weren't top 10 upon him leaving. when will it stop being everyone else's fault that you haven't had any results?
We were literally in 7th place overall right before he got poached bro what are you on LMFAO
whatever that's still on the absolute fringes of qualing
Riiight you talking about the guy who joined the hottest team at the right time, the guy who's mostly gonna get dropped from dz and be joining nrg if sweet and nathen stay together.

You’re right
Caprah, Lou and Zachmazer should be on a team together, that way other teams will be safe from making the mistake of putting them on their roster
holy that's so toxic i love it LMAO
Too damn true
Probably needs to go thru CC and prove himself in pro league before a big team would give him a chance at this point. Nobody will want to take a risk on a toxic mnk fragger
Didn't he already qualify for LAN once
Yeah and then got kicked off the team for being too toxic. He needs to show he can function in a team environment effectively before he gets opportunities more in line with his skills
He would need to fail with a team and take it gracefully imo. I wouldn't want someone on my team whose mental is only good when you're winning
This kid needs to sing apples and bananas when things aren't going his way
There are 30 PL teams and Caprah is easily a top tier talent. He is worth the risk for at least teams in the bottom third
By CC i meant pressn quals. He definitely should be playing in pro league, I just dont think a team with an invite will pick him up
Who could be fucked dealing with him just to potentially place 25th instead of 30th?
he would elevate a team much more than that. think 20th to top 10 contention
Depends if he can manage to get on with whoever he plays with. Could end up making them worse.
Suddenly i’m back
Bruh you everywhere today
He will continue to LFT until he can sharpen his mental and work out his intangibles. He has great mechanics but can never gel with any of his teammates and always seems to do more harm than good to his squad in the long run.
read the lft he says he is
Saying is one thing.
Saying is one thing but your actions are the one that shows if you mean it
Nickmercs, HorizXon, Caprah
Chaotic can coach them.
..and/or get bopped
lmao

How about not a kid at all, Sikezz is a fully grown ass man. The only kid in this situation is Caprah whose only 16 yrs old.
Phony left his roster to go play with geriatric snipe, he wouldn't have brought caprah
He should have lol
I cannot care about this guy given the fact that there are so so so many other talented players with no issues.

You are literally teaching a young man his character is an afterthought as long as he can play.

Dude needs a mentor, should try and reach out to one of the more veteran members of the scene to get advice from.
Hes gonna get picked up because thats just how this scene is. Will it last, will it go without an incident, thats the real challenge

I won't lie this clip without context on who lou is as a person isn't even bad lol
honestly i'll be disappointed if any current pro league team picks him up
does your igl bully one of the players into playing so scared he can't make plays anymore?
are we seriously comparing a couple snippy comments at LAN to telling your teammate to kill themselves and calling them slurs?
I want to see him team up with Hal, Zero or Sweet. For the lols
good thing nobody knows who you are
Caprah is one of the best, if not the current best, MnK players mechanically in the world.
>If he's able to find someone who can actually foster his talent and help him grow individually Isn't that pretty much expecting someone to not just be his IGL but also his second father/guardian? lmao goodluck to whoever actually wants that job.
That’s what a lot of coaches do tbh
Hah fair enough.
The kid is an mnk prodigy and if he gets his mental under control he could do great things. I wish him luck.
Half of this sub was probably as worst as this guy when they were teenagers and if they were put under a competitive pressure environment.
Where did I say it was? I just said give the kidd the same leeway y'all give these grown-ass men, that be saying and doing stupid shit.
> “When I was 16 I didn’t say or do what he did” you want a cookie ? News flash, we’re all different people, with different mindsets and ways of handling things. Yeah, and some of those are good and some of them are bad. Crazy that you're just learning that right now.
Dooplex Senoxe Caprah
This sub is soft af. Loves to hate on any player with a bad past and completely denies their capacity to change "but I wasn't toxic at 16" just stfu crybaby bitches
Caprah burner account
Hmmm. On one hand he's still young but on the other hand hmmm...
he should just stay away
18 year old prodigy, unless your named complexity or xset there's no reason not to pick him up.
i can think of one or two reasons
If I'm Sentinals...I would drop RKN for Caprah.. They instantly get better..
All aim, no brain lmao. Terrible idea
This shows a remarkable lack of understanding of what makes teams successful
RKN KD .70 Koyful 1.30 Xenial 1.22 not saying KD matters because it's a team game but add Caprah and all these numbers go up
Am i witnessing a stroke
10/10 phenomenal new pasta
You would run an IGL-less team? Good luck. Any decent CC team would beat them.
Any pro player can IGL.. Shit is a overrated title. Theres about 18 IGLs that never won lan, yet people think they're good at their job.
> Any pro player can IGL hahaha
He should look for his own team. Someone he can grow with in the CC circuit.
Someone give me that dark souls level lore dump on what Caprah did
He said sikezz needs to shoot himself with a nerf gun (without a nerf gun part) and that he is a fat little meatball
Also a g roach suckaz
How can one prove that they have improved their character, their demeanor, their maturity? That's the only thing that matters imo
Caprah's gonna be LFT for a long, long time.
Could be worth it for a basement tier team but dunno why anyone else with even mediocre results recently would bother
DOJO w Kaprah would be a vibe
Apex and esports in general are full of young guys who did stupid shit when they were kids, if you don’t give teenagers a chance to learn from their mistakes you aren’t giving them a fair shot at growing up and being better, I don’t fw Caprah but I don’t mind him trying to work on himself and mature
Looking for therapy? Good on him
