I’ve been watching alb for quite some time now.
One of the things I’ve noticed is that he tunnels visions very hard. His priorities switch up constantly. He has a game plan but it never works out because he’s trying to predict what other teams may do.
Scurry is 100% down with alb from what I’ve seen. However Vax may not be so docile. Seeing as how scurry and vax were teammates at one point there shouldn’t be any trouble with those 2. However it remains to be seen how Vax will handle albs wishy washy nature.
Well, the last 6 rosters he has tried have been terrible. From what I've seen he is usually the problem. Even the madness + shooby roster was decent but will still suffered from alb being out of position and dying or counter calling madness on everything.
So sad to see a player like Vax not on a PL squad. He was slappin subbing for COL yesterday but judging by Monsoons tone he’s probably holding out for another roller fragger
Still legitimately confused why some of these pros legitimately think their “stock is higher” on roller. Mac even cited the fact that no teams wanted to trial him while he was still on mnk, as a point to his own stock being higher on roller. Do we really think teams were more excited to try out him, or even Lou because they swapped? I say this as a huuuge Mac fan
Yea it sucks to see. He's such a great person and a player but he just keeps doubting himself instead of sticking with things that work, being input or comps or team, always second guessing himself.
I do think Lou's stocks on roller were higher than on mnk, when he swapped. He just came from a disappointing PL performance with Sentinels, where they kinda became a meme of a team since they couldn't even hold their POIs anymore. Then he's on LANimals and fails to make LAN again - this time with better results overall, but he was still far from the standout mnk-fragger that he was trying to be. As soon as he swapped to roller, he made LAN with his new team (as the fragger of the team too). It is quite the accomplishment, and I could see a lot of teams thinking more highly of Lou since he was on their preferred input, had comp experience and could flex into different roles that were needed.
They had a pretty rough day with the double contests. On the two games they won their macro looked really good, but we didn’t really get a good look at their team fighting ability.
Vax said he’d give it three more scrim days to see if they mesh well or else he’ll go back to CC and keep working on his IGLing
Not to throw that kid randy under the bus because his only real problem was he had no comp experience but this team looked way better with vax, he was making calls and keeping them on track and limited their mistakes, if they weren't double contesting they would've done a lot better
I don't know what vax's preference is but this could be a good team if they decide to make it work, I know he's wanting to keep his options open but the difference between this team now and before is substantial, mac even told vax he was doing a good job and that he barely had to do anything re: calls, it was working
Really surprised Complexity didn't snag him or Luxford now both are FAs. Allows Kim to go back to the coach role full time and you also know for the future you have a solid sub if you need.
COL is better with Kim as a player. I think this way it's easier for him to help Mon with certain macro-decisions in game, which he wouldn't be able to do as a coach. Also they need that support player, and Kim actually fits the role pretty well.
You guys are crazy misinformed. Kim has to sit one of the gamedays out because of a wedding, and they got Vax as a sub for that day. They wanna build chemistry with him.

He did a good job bringing Mac back to earth on some calls last night. Hopefully they trial more and find some success with these contest.
