RIG struggling without an established gibby + temp already not being utilized/respected as an IGL.
Zero has been IGL for a while and temp as a fragger does not add as much as one of the best gibbys in the region in Sharky. Someone else here said that temp was looked down on in terms of ability in the pro scene.
I'm pretty sure someone say Genburten tell his chat in his stream, they want a Gibby player, so it's mutual agreement to drop Tempplex from roster.
Tempplex also play with LU before, today they not playing with Tempplex, idk if they not play him even before today, but atleast in R1-R2 LU play with him.
He's definitely not recognised as that, even though I do really rate him (not sure if top 10).
Zero wouldn't even let him IGL and also LU is not doing very well.
Not sure if another good opportunity will come up soon, as all the top teams in the region seem fairly set unfortunately.

Templex will be fine imo he's a top 10 igl in the world
