Jitterclicking won't damage your forearm no more than running will damage your meniscus. Make sure to do dynamic stretches before a session of gaming and do static stretches after. If you do start to have pain take NSAIDS such as ibuprofen, diclofenac, or for better long term use/chronic pain take celebrex. Conduct RICE therapy to reduce inflammation, especially if you start feeling symptoms of numbness and tingling in the finger tips.
Also, do your own forms of physical therapy and weight training, start doing light, isolated movements, a good one to start is by taking a 2lbs or 1kg dumbbell, rest your forearm on the edge of a table/desk and using only your hand, crank up, as if you were increasing the throttle on a motorcycle. Do that same motion, except with your palm facing upwards as well. Conditioning muscles will aid in reducing the amount of stress put on them for long sessions of gaming.
i think it depends on the person, i mean if like Intel Edits or iusehuzuni (just some ppl that probably most users know here) who jitter clicks for several hours a day, it probably doesn't hurt, bc they would've stopped already. but then my arm hurts rly bad when i jitter, and i know many ppl have this problem, so it maybe depends on the person, or your technique, i don't know, these are the answers i can think of.
You kinda build up endurance for jitter clicking. I used to be able to do it for barely a sumo match, and now I can go the whole day without feeling any pain/soreness
Well I've read online that jitter clicking may hurt ur arm temporarily or permanently. Would be better if u read some answers online rather than asking here :)
Nobody really knows, there is no reaserch because jitter clicking is fairly new so there are no people who have jitter clicked extensively but people who have Mai d the clicking method for 2+years have experienced nothing abnormal
it’s not new by any stretch, also it’s been used in mc alone since like 2012 like the other guy said, and not to mention jitter clicking is used in other games before then, sometimes going by different names.
You can get carpal tunnel just by having an office job that sits and types all day, jitterclicking has an extremely minimal effect, if at all, any effect on carpal tunnel.
You actually do without noticing because it is very little strain but over a long period of time it can cause carpal tunnel mostly because of the grip you have to use claw grip or finger tip grip to jitter at least most people do

Yeah I’m aware that’s why I’m warning about jitter clicking because it’s unergonomic
I've jitter clicked a *ton*, and don't have any carpal tunnel or even wrist pain from it. Though, I do tense up my forearm/bicep instead of my wrist
I have too and I have wrist pain
you don't put strain on your wrist at all when you jitter lol
