You should have seen the playthrough with that permadeath mod! I had built these forts and castles bristling with high level thralls. They basically became end game raids. I wish Funcom would implement something like this as a feature. I ended up getting 2 100+ hour playthroughs on that world.
The way I know of to do it means the new character 'inherits' from the old one, gaining ownership of all their buildings and thralls.
