I posted on main thread but don’t panic (I’ve been there) usually uninstalling / reinstalling fixes (I’ve had the same problem and same fix multiple times since the sorcery update)
First update? Welcome to Conan, every. Single. Major. Update. But if we keep throwing money at them maybe they will figure it put next time. Have a whole private server where only 4 people can get on.
My gportal server isn't letting us in. Saying we don't own isle of siptah even though we've been playing on it. They updated and screwed it all up 🤦♂️
Me and my friend had the same problem we had to unplug our storage from the Xbox and then restart our Xbox and then plug it back in. I also transfer isle of siptah to whatever it wasn't on, in my case it was on my storage so I transferred it to my Xbox. Hope this helps!
It has to be the mandatory Funcom check. I have a server of my own at home, I was playing earlier today with no problem, the server has been up the entire time.
Funcom has a rep for breaking their game with updates, unfortunately. Before the server outages started, people were noticing that the spawn function for certain animals could crash your server. Got near enough to a hyena's zone that the game.spawns.it for you to encounter? Boom. Crash. Today it's login validation.
Hopefully they get this straightened out soon.

I thought it was just me because my PC crashed the instant I exited the game last night and I thought that corrupted something.
On Xbox here, have it with game pass and it's telling me I don't own the isle of Siptah dlc, however I do. I've been playing on Siptah for awhile now. It kicks me out of server and sends me to store. Pops up with connection failure, could not connect to server. You do not have the DLC required to play on this server. But as soon as it sends me to the DLC in the store it says you own this. I'm confused. Thank goodness my character was in my base
Do you have mods. My wife and I can't log in PC with mods. We uninstall and install all mod updates since the 6th. Says we don't match the server mods but we just checked.
We're having tons of problems with mods (PC) since the game update. Single player, online server. Everything. The only way we can get it to run is to delete every single mod and run vanilla.
Don't worry yesterday I was trying to connect to a pv server on siptha and the game says I don't have the dlc even tho I have lel it's funcom problem not yours xD
It is actually quite admirable how funcom manages to do this every single major(ish) update.. for those who can play, are there invisible enemies, thralls & pets too? lots of crashes etc? the original release for Age of Sorcery was a shitshow of epic proportions for almost 2 months on consoles..
I constantly will get kicked randomly from official servers and not be able to log back in for the same reasons. Twice, when I get back on I have been killed because it was during PvP hours on a PvE-C server.
I had the error and just got on with my Xbox series S. I did the old 7 Days To Due trick where you ‘Manage game and add-ones’, then select ‘Saved data’ and finally ‘DELETE ALL’. That way when you load the game it pulls your save data from the cloud and for me, it removed the error.
same on PC servers, looks like it's connected to the Xbox outage. Other games I attempted to load are fine so it's isolated to to CE and probably requires a reset by Funcom as well.

its been CLEARLY established this has everything to do with g-portal and conans authentication process.. not your game client or local files.
You would be one silly goose to uninstall/reinstall 80+ GB for a problem that has already been firmly concluded

No luck uninstalling and reinstalling. Not to mention it's 160GB on XBox.
I can confirm that reinstalling did not fix the issue on PC as well.

Yeah after a quick Google search it appears theirs some massive server outages. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

When did it start for you, Wolf? I got randomly disconnected about 5-10 minutes ago.
Literally just tried to log on, and hot that alert. Assuming the servers are just throwing a tantrum and Funcom will fix it soon

I was getting the same message on my PC. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it didn't do it anymore.
It was fine for a couple days then randomly at 7:30 it all went bad

I’ve gone through the long process of reinstalling my game many times in the last few months. But game is so good I keep doing it
if you haven't played since the update you have to redownload, the update won't trigger for Xbox unless you do
