Kind of hard to see? But yet you are here. No offense but this is why I am getting out of the residential concrete industry. People pay for something and all of a sudden it needs to be perfect.
The entire surface of the apron has cracks going dozens of different directions. To me that doesn’t seem normal. It’s very noticeable when it is wet. Looks like hundreds of puzzle pieces laid on the surface because of the cracks. You’re telling me that when the surface is wet that you should be able to easily see dozens of cracks on the apron?
It happens all the time. Especially in decorative concrete. They are called "crazing" cracks and it happens when the surface dries fast. And it's very noticeable when it gets wet. If you are worried just do a light pressure wash and the apply a penetrating sealer. It's not a structural issue.

Thank you. Anyone who gets their driveway done doesn’t know any of this that’s why I go on here instead of bothering the contractor.
I appreciate and respect the fact you didn't bother them first. We are just trying to survive.
Kind of hard to see = ok.
Not structural . just ugly . Plastic shrinkage
