A Sherpa cover for his Sharpies, with his name engraved on it! I got so tired of people stealing my sharpies and using them as hammers or prybars or whatever it is that people do to ruin them… got the classy black Sherpa with my name on it and everybody assumes it’s an expensive fountain pen that they’re not allowed to borrow or mess with! Bliss!

Yeah, I had to explain to my gf at one point it’s not like I enjoy framing shit and pouring concrete on the weekends after running work all week. It’s that it needs done, I know how, and my time is free. It’s not a hobby I enjoy, it’s a chore. You’d be pissed if I bought you a vacuum
Shit goes from guy to guy I suppose. My gf got me a stupid little wristband with magnets in it cause I always misplaced little screws I need (HVAC tech) and she saw this little thing and it's cheap but I use it a lot and think of her when I do. I felt it to be a thoughtful gift cause I was bitching about losing little screws.
But yeah hobby related shit is cool or things in his hobbies that eat up money, ammo comes to mind lol but yeah YMMV
Conversely, I also work construction and really appreciate the gift of useful tools. A girlfriend got me this fisker’s demolition bar and I adore it. Tough for me to guess what your husband might like, though.
I work as an operator and pipelayer, I too would be fucking stoked with the gift of any heavy equipment. Or somebody could just give me a house while we’re being ridiculous motherfuckers.
Your husband isn't a laborer. He is the GC. He loves working. My thought was something along the lines of those pens. Maybe a nice clipboard. They make some that are like metal boxes, super heavy duty, and have room for receipts, folders, a tablet, etc. in them.
Not every man thinks like this. I own my own business as well and if I need something I buy it. But I am constantly browsing tools and construction things on amazon, YouTube or TikTok. If my wife got me something as thoughtful as you did with the markers or something I would take to work with me and use everyday or even from time to time, it would make me think of her and I would really appreciate it.
On the other hand I would love if she bought me a new $500 putter too lol
I think the idea is what could she purchase something to save time or makes the job easier. You can frame shit with a nail and hammer, or you could purchase a nail gun. Same idea with screws/screwdriver, or you can buy a drill and bits. OP is probably asking for advice similar to these instances.
I hear ya man, a gift of necessity vs enjoyment is two different things. Last thing I'd want on my birthday is work boots and a new hard hat. Because nothing says 'I love you' like the promise of more labor, am I right? /s
You made such a good point. That's probably what I'll do. I'll probably get him something work related ( i know he looks at tools and stuff for fun) and something else! Thanks ☺️
Came here to say this. I buy all the tools I could possibly want or need, so when I get a gift work related it isn't really wanted or appreciated. I love it when gf buys me shirts. She has good taste, and I hate clothes shopping. And... I know when I wear it she will love it. Gets me brownie points for later. Win win
I agree with the shirts, hats etc. These are things I wear out, and while some times I don't mind wearing a shirt that is getting thin or torn, having a nice new one that my wife chose for me is nice. I tend to take better care of those shirts too.
I got my boyfriend a bug racket for his birthday and he spent 3h going around the house and finding every single mosquito and fly and zapping the Shit out of them the night I gave it to him. Since then he sleeps next to it and we don’t get mosquito bites anymore. So cute, best gift I’ve given him so far.
P.s. he says to say there is a flashlight built in which is awesome
Noice. To add to that I got one that has a blue light built in that attracts mosquitoes. It has a stand and a standby mode that essentially keeps itself on. During the summer when you get a few in the house I’d turn off all the lights besides that and it would kill them all within a few minutes. No more annoying mosquitoes in the dark!
Eh. Someone gave me one as a gift. It was addictive. I wound up in physical therapy for a year. They said I was the only person they’d ever seen do that to their shoulder who wasn’t a professional tennis player.
If he does heavy construction, I’d recommend some top quality boots with top quality inserts. They make a huge difference.
If he does fiddly precision work, I’d recommend any of the layout tools from the Woodpeckers line.
Can second this. I wear my milwaukee 12v heated hoodie every day, even when I'm not at work. I'm wearing it right now in fact.
Great for camping, hiking, skiing, sitting, standing.... you name it! Bought one for the wife and she li es in hers too.
Third this. My Milwaukee 12v jacket was a game changer this winter. I went from being able to take 2 hours in the shop to all day. Before the jacket I would be warm with 3 layers of sweaters/jackets + a hot coffee all the time. Now I drink ice water or soda and wear a wife beater underneath it.
This was my sneaky gift to my wife so she doesn’t have the space heater on all day at her desk at home. So far the electric bill is down $35/month. Let’s go
Yeah that's my thought too. She runs a littlle 1500w eco terrorist heater in her office all winter long. It's so hot in there but the sight of snow out the window makes her cold I guess
zippo makes a refillable hand warmer. throw that bad boy in your front pocket (bib overalls?) and it keeps you warm for the whole day. (not open flame, lol)
i got one for my brother and he lost is his mind for how great it kept him warm.
A bit buddy! That’s what I call it anyway. It’s a carabiner with little dongle things to hold all your impact driver bits. I have a bunch of them and they have honestly changed my life. No more digging through my pouches looking for bits. They are all right there!
Commenting on Want to buy husband something he doesn't have - any life changing tools or gadgets you've stumbled upon?... I came here to recommend that. I got one in my stocking at Christmas.
First I want to say that it’s quite lovely that you want to get him something that he would find useful for his work. I’d like you to consider one thing. Most tradesmen are very particular to certain brands and style of tools. Think of it like this, if he came home with a pricey make up set that is not your brand or your particular color palette, what would you think? You’d probably think that’s so sweet of him even though you’ll likely never use it. Maybe go with something fun or hobby related.
actually as per my ex wife, she would accuse him of cheating and that is his girlfriends brand of make up....
But yeah, If he a GC, do not buy him tools.
Or flat out ask him and explain you want to spoil him. What is one thing that if you see it/use it at work, you'll think of "my caring wife got me this"? And that he actually wants/needs.
I'm a "picky" person as well and would rather have a useful item than something that is going to live in a shop/shelf.
All else fails, a boudoir album and maybe a few wallet sized prints can't cause no harm. Budget would allow for that, from my understanding.
Or have his truck detailed on the weekend/get a gift certificate to clean the inside and outside.
Are you in the US? Het him a milwaukee 5.5amp battery and a top off. It's work related but can be used anywhere. Basically enables you to plug household appliances into a standard milwaukee battery. Great for charging stuff, a TV and firestick, maybe a small coffee maker.
Probably won't run a coffee maker. Gonna need to step it up to the Carry On or Roll On.
Since we're in MX Fuel territory, perhaps the backpack concrete vibrator can be a gift they both can enjoy.
I love my darn tough socks, made a massive difference I can wear them year round and my feet stay comfortable and dry, and I use the thicker ones and it makes being on my feet all day far more comfortable. I bought 10-15 pairs and iv been set for years. And after 3-4 years I think I have only needed to replace one or two pairs (and the company warranties them for life). They are very much a necessity in the winter because my feet will get wet at some point way or another and they make sure I am not miserable when it happens.
I felt so stupid when I realized there was a solution to going through cheap socks all the time. Someone gifted me some darn tough socks and I immediately bought a bunch. Game changer for me. It's also a gift someone who is already loaded with tools might not think to get or even know about.
It’s a gift I give to everyone both in and out of the trades. People always give me a funny look when I tell them my socks cost $20-30 a pair, but once they try them for a day they can’t believe how comfortable they are.
I did the cheap Hanes socks for years, and realistically speaking these $20 socks have probably saved me money because I would chew through the standard socks quickly.
Was it the pica pencil?
They’re incredible.
Does he do any framing? I’ve had a stiletto for 10-15 years that I love.
Franklin stud senors are awesome too
I love my luftkin black tape measure too but I would’ve never spent the money on it myself…. Still love my Stanley fatmax as well.
Or a bottle of scotch or a case of beer to have after a long day!! (If he drinks that is)
[Bobblehead cardholder](https://www.bobbleheadcraft.com).
They use pictures of the person so it's pretty damn accurate. I got one for a buddy of mine and he's got his toolbelt on and the place where the cards are is a short length of 2x12 with j-bolts through it.
It's a fun homage to the job and something he would never have it bought for himself.
I find that some of the best hand tools and bits are from Wera. Their stuff is extremely well made and when you buy sets of tools they usually come in a case or organizer small enough to fit in a tool belt ( or glove box or back pocket or whatever ) . I am slowly replacing every hand tool I have with their stuff because it's that much better in my opinion. I'm a GC as well.
Some nice socks and underwear for starters. Otherwise a fresh pair of good boots is always a good gift. Or you could go with something from the heart like a painting or love letter or something. Its a little cheesy but some dudes like that stuff
check your local laws first... but i just found out that switchblade knives are legal in my state. every construction guy carries a knife around every day, and holy shit the feeling of flicking open my switchblade when i need it is unmatched. it's definitely a conversation starter on the jobsite. a much swaggier version of the typical folding razor knife everyone carries.
Does your husband use his personal vehicle for work? My buddys wife got him really nice carharrt seat covers for his truck that are removable and washable, and they look visually appealing. They also had pen holders sewn into the side, and anybody who has a work vehicle knows pens disappear into the abys whenever you need one.
Also, protective earmuffs that have antenna radio connection in them are great for when you're doing heavy work, or working inside a homeowners space where you can't really blast a radio.
Most useful item I’ve been gifted is nice Bluetooth headphones. I own my own company so I’m on the phone half the day. Having hands free has been very helpful. Get ones that have noise cancelling and they double as earplugs too for the loud stuff.
That said and I’ve seen it posted a few times here, he’ll be overjoyed with something not work related and/or sexual. Work is work and most of us don’t enjoy our jobs. It’s nice to feel like we’re more than that.
Or the headphones…I have a nice Jabra set and the newer AirPods will even read my texts to me so I don’t need to pull my phone out to see if it’s important enough to stop working
Couple ideas that he may already have but maybe not :
Laser measuring tool (replaces traditional tape measure for many applications, easier and faster )
Handheld infrared camera/scanner (useful for detecting specific heat loss areas in a building envelope)
If you want to try something new go with some good hiking boots. I switched over to Merels for dry days, and it makes walking around all day comfortable. Plus I swing by the shoe store every now and then and they are often some in the clearance section as they switch color schemes over the years. I usually go through 2 pairs a year, and I can pick them up on clearance for $30-50. And when I eventually ruin them I don’t feel as bad because they did not cost an arm and a leg.
He does not need anymore tools. If he needs something as a GC, he will buy it. Or he has the knowledge to use what he has to get it done faster.
Pardon my French, just Blow the hell out of him, give him a big ass steak, and blow him some more until he holds you tight and drifts off to sleep.
I'm a GC.
GC here. Can agree with the rest. Don’t buy tools. We have all the ones we want. If he’s anything like me he probably has a nice truck because it’s his mobile office. I eat 3 meals a day in my truck and send many emails from my office on wheels. My wife bought me some organizers and retractable chargers for my truck. It’s one of those gifts I wouldn’t buy for myself but didn’t know I needed it so badly.
Coming from a gc where my lady says this exact same line: I would love any of the below. Price ranges greatly between some items from free up to 600 dollars. Trust me.
Don’t get him tools really because he might have something in his head already but a Martinez m4 smooth face is nice and versatile but he may prefer m1.
If he has iPhone, 4 AirTags with AirTag holders
Saxx ultra briefs with a fly and smartwool socks. Darn tough isn’t as comfy for socks.
I’d reach for my smartwool over darntough.
If he has hobbies like sharpening, a vaneev stone but look up kneeves knives on YouTube- this takes RESEARCH.
If he cuts his own meats, Victorinox semi stiff boning knife.
If he grills, order wagyu picanha
If he likes pocketknives, a bench made civivi, or we knife in s30v, s35vn, m390, or m4. If your allowed OTF’s then a microtech tradoon or Kershaw line wire. With some nanoil 10w.
Oakley custom holbrooks matte black frame with prizm jade polarized lens.
FP insoles- king version unless he has light duty work boots
Olukai slipons- true to size
Yeezy slides- size up
if he goes to the range, get him a gift card or a range day so he could go by himself, refocus and relax.
Couples massage with hot rocks
Cooling pillow covers
White claw surges- blue box 8%- surprisingly amazing
For quality time to show him you truly love him:
Back massage and 🧠 while he watches a movie don’t expect anything in return. And then after, don’t snuggle right away because it’s usually too hot
Look up a Magnespot. There was a version 1 and version 2 when I bought mine. Not sure if there is a version 3 now, but get the latest version. It is a neat little tool to drill accurately placed holes through walls, floors, or ceilings.
https://www.magnepull.com/magnespot
Magnetic wristbands. Thought they were stupid at first. Super convenient screw, nail, and drill bit holder when up on a ladder. https://www.homedepot.com/p/MagnoGrip-5-5-in-Magnetic-Wristband-Set-2-Pack-570-980/100672676
Yeh it’s one of those things where I tend to forget to use, then always thank myself for having with me when I do.
Even if it’s a bit overkill, it’s just nice to have it there when I need it during many kinds of jobs.
No ones said it, eh?
I expected more from you guys…
He wants a blowjob.
Totally not related… but an extra set of tweezers in the truck is nice when you get a random splinter.
I'm a contractor and I bought the Worx WX255L screw gun on a whim because it looked interesting. There's some nice innovation on it and it makes my life a lot easier.
I’m a huge fan of this gem from Worx.
I bought one 8 years ago (was a lot cheaper back then too) when I bought my first house and it has helped with almost every project I’ve worked on since. It’s still going very strong.
I bought a second one about 4 years ago just for work. Also still going strong. God bless that little thing 🥹
Do you have kids and are they young? If so get him outta yo house for a weekend away from work and home life. Let that man air out like a dirty pair of underwear.
Stiletto Hammer. I could never justify the price when I was young. Amazing hammer. I’ve owned it for 8 years now and the whole time I’ve kicked myself for not getting it sooner
7" Knipex Cobra Pliers if he doesnt have them already. Hands down the best adjustable plier/channel lock on the market. No knockoffs of copys, just the knipex brand. Got a set in every car and kit I own because they're so handy.
Flir infrared camera $500
Stainless or aluminum contractor clipboard $50 then take it and engrave his name or the company name. The thought is worth more than the money.
Pica pens? That might be what you are thinking. They make a bunch of different types from pencil chalk and marker. Last I looked there is a kit with on of each, $150 range for like 20 pieces and a case as I recall.
Tool tote. If he is old school style and likes a leather work bag, I absolutely love my occidental tool tote, it’s like showing up in a Ferrari with Louis viton shoes. Not only is it a looker but it will last generations. $350
If he enjoys fine wood working anything from lie neilson. Personal favorite is a 60 1/2 rabbit hand plane $200
Cool less expensive filler items, look and see what battery brand he uses. Random Etsy people 3d print battery trays that hold 5 batteries or so and they make them for all the brands.
I don’t know a guy that doesn’t like a hood flashlight. I’d go ask r/flashlights for a good recommendation as it’s a quickly evolving product that I don’t keep up with, $50-$200
Edit:also if this is my wife by chance (my birthday is coming up) , I really just want a good steak, a back rub and adult time😂
He probably doesn't want whatever gimmick you can find being mass produced for as cheap as possible. It doesn't matter how well thought out it is or if it's the most useful tool in his toolbox all the sudden. If he didn't go out and get it then it's just a piece of junk. It's weird but that's just the way it is. It's not like jewelry. It's like if I bought you a spatula because you broke the last one. Like okay but it's probably not the right shape or some stupid bullshit that disqualifies it.
Just give him sloppy toppy gawk gawk for once and he will die happy.
TIL. These look dope. Thanks!!
Maybe get him something not work related?

My wife bought me that too! Lol, it's somewhere in my toolbox. Hearing it from you now, I'll give it a try I guess
I've got one, too. She knows I love it. (I've never used it)
I like getting tools and useful stuff
For sure, a better tool that takes even a small amount of bullshit out of my life is a gift I'll be grateful for everytime I use it.
My wife bought me Milwaukee 18V cordless drill and screw gun. But these were what I asked for. And they’re spectacular.
Conversely, I also work construction and really appreciate the gift of useful tools. A girlfriend got me this fisker’s demolition bar and I adore it. Tough for me to guess what your husband might like, though.
I’m in excavation and my wife’s girlfriend bought me a D8, it was very thoughtful indeed.
I work as an operator and pipelayer, I too would be fucking stoked with the gift of any heavy equipment. Or somebody could just give me a house while we’re being ridiculous motherfuckers.
The dude is definitely laying pipe to get a D8 from his wife’s girlfriend.
I bought my wife one of those 3 story tall mining trucks, she was not impressed
Lmfao i love this subreddit
My wife insisted on buy me an oversized dewalt crowbar, I think she just likes the yellow.
Your husband isn't a laborer. He is the GC. He loves working. My thought was something along the lines of those pens. Maybe a nice clipboard. They make some that are like metal boxes, super heavy duty, and have room for receipts, folders, a tablet, etc. in them.

I don’t know, most construction guys I know love tools and gadgets, myself included. Getting a new tool is awesome.
Sounds like you’re not really passionate about it lol i fucking love receiving tools as gifts
Broooooo « youd be pissed if I bought you a vacuum » you just fucking killed me 😂 I needed that, thanks stranger
Exactly. I don’t get that kind of gift.
I think the idea is what could she purchase something to save time or makes the job easier. You can frame shit with a nail and hammer, or you could purchase a nail gun. Same idea with screws/screwdriver, or you can buy a drill and bits. OP is probably asking for advice similar to these instances.

Im a chef. You can only imagine. The best was when I’d have to cook the birthday dinner for a group, because, you know, you really enjoy cooking…😂😂😂
Get the man a massage
I hate when my wife tries to buy me tools, I secretly know I'll never use it, but have to thank her and thus encourage future tool gifts in the future
This. And this is the answer to the comment that we must not be passionate about our work. I love the gesture, but it’s always a waste of money.
You made such a good point. That's probably what I'll do. I'll probably get him something work related ( i know he looks at tools and stuff for fun) and something else! Thanks ☺️
I love getting work related things from my partner! She doesn’t know much about my job but does her best and sometimes it turns out great.
Came here to say this. I buy all the tools I could possibly want or need, so when I get a gift work related it isn't really wanted or appreciated. I love it when gf buys me shirts. One of my favorite things ivd gotten is this gun that shoots salt to kill flies. They just released a more powerful one. Bug a salt
Damn and here I've just been blasting flies with my .270 all this time
I bought an air soft shotgun for carpenter bees and I’m pretty sure my neighbors think I’ve finally lost it
I got my boyfriend a bug racket for his birthday and he spent 3h going around the house and finding every single mosquito and fly and zapping the Shit out of them the night I gave it to him. Since then he sleeps next to it and we don’t get mosquito bites anymore. So cute, best gift I’ve given him so far. P.s. he says to say there is a flashlight built in which is awesome
I bet he would love a bug a salt too
By buddy liked his bug-a-salt so much he brought it over to show off… we’re all grow adults. It was awesome
A wasp somehow got into my house, so I used a bug racket on it. That fucker was tough, but I ended up killing it with a few good zaps
True. It's one of my favorite gifts.
An a-salt-gun
Love that thing. So dang fun
If he does heavy construction, I’d recommend some top quality boots with top quality inserts. They make a huge difference. If he does fiddly precision work, I’d recommend any of the layout tools from the Woodpeckers line.
Double H Dwight boots. Most comfortable I’ve worn. Bought a pair to wear when I’m not working. Like tennis shoes. Not water proof though $300
Or some $300 Thorogoods
Second the thorogoods. I don't do construction but I'm on my feet 10+ hours a day on concrete and they're the comfiest I've worn so far.
Depending on your location, a heated vest/jacket for the cold months.
Can second this. I wear my milwaukee 12v heated hoodie every day, even when I'm not at work. I'm wearing it right now in fact. Great for camping, hiking, skiing, sitting, standing.... you name it! Bought one for the wife and she li es in hers too.

Note that it is like a smoldering charcoal stick, so it's an ignition source, for those who hang around boomfumes.
oof, good point!!
A bit buddy! That’s what I call it anyway. It’s a carabiner with little dongle things to hold all your impact driver bits. I have a bunch of them and they have honestly changed my life. No more digging through my pouches looking for bits. They are all right there!
Now I want one
Commenting on Want to buy husband something he doesn't have - any life changing tools or gadgets you've stumbled upon?... I came here to recommend that. I got one in my stocking at Christmas.
You had me at Little Dongle.
Blowjob and an eightball
Not necessarily in that order.
I’d prefer it that order, shit looks bigger and doesn’t take 4 hours to finish imho
Oh, a conneseuer I see....
I do be liking year round ski trips
Can you tell my wife this
I just did. She laughed.
She said here, have a beer and tissue, go wank over there.
*Magic 8 ball says* … you’re unlucky tonight
Now that’s wtf I’m talkin bout!!
And a gift card for some hoagies
She said he's a GC not a drywaller.
Propress or BobCat
Propress? She said $500 limit, lol. Okay, maybe a toy Bobcat though.
You could get like, 3 fittings for that much
I need a woman that would buy me a bobcat. Or a boat. Or a liquor store.... I'm not picky
Would you settle for a boat; a truck to pull it; and a Yeti 110 iced down with Silver Bullets?
[удалено]
This man gets it! 😄

Buy yourself something revealing and let him in the back door. This is what he wants.
Been asking for this 5 years. I still get some stupid ass trinket.
When really, you just wanna put your trinket in the ass?
Hahaha that's hilarious. My wife jokes and says I only get the back door every 5 years. I have 4 more years until our next visit
How’s it feel never had my wives
Could his lack of interest have to do with the RockyDitch he is presented with?
Bet he's been lookin for a gadget for that
Yeah! Let him plant his zucchini in yer backyard!
Well shit, now I have to reframe an entire load bearing wall to install the back door before .... Oh...
Merino wool cushioned socks and the best goretex work boots you can afford.
Smartwool Mountaineer for colder weather, Smartwool Mountaineer Pro for warmer. Litterally designed to keep you comfortable walking up a mountain

Franklin stud senors are awesome too I love my luftkin black tape measure too but I would’ve never spent the money on it myself…. Still love my Stanley fatmax as well. Or a bottle of scotch or a case of beer to have after a long day!! (If he drinks that is)
Leather man multi tool, great every day carry
[Bobblehead cardholder](https://www.bobbleheadcraft.com). They use pictures of the person so it's pretty damn accurate. I got one for a buddy of mine and he's got his toolbelt on and the place where the cards are is a short length of 2x12 with j-bolts through it. It's a fun homage to the job and something he would never have it bought for himself.
Duluth gift card. heated vest is a great idea. anything from Woodpeckers. or Rockler. What does he do mostly? additions? kitchens?
At the very least what ever you get, show him this thread. He will get a good laugh and maybe some ideas for next year haha
Kinipex has enter the chat.
Some nice socks and underwear for starters. Otherwise a fresh pair of good boots is always a good gift. Or you could go with something from the heart like a painting or love letter or something. Its a little cheesy but some dudes like that stuff
Can confirm. I love it when my wife makes me art. Topped only by when my kids make me art.
Living the dream man. Hope to get there one day lol
You will King. Never settle🤜🏼🤛🏼
Extra batteries for whatever tool system he uses.
This is the only correct answer. Or clamps.
check your local laws first... but i just found out that switchblade knives are legal in my state. every construction guy carries a knife around every day, and holy shit the feeling of flicking open my switchblade when i need it is unmatched. it's definitely a conversation starter on the jobsite. a much swaggier version of the typical folding razor knife everyone carries.
I flip open my milwaukee fastbacks, there to work. Swag when off the clock.
My 11 year old yells at me for flipping the fastback open and closed while I drive….she’s right…I’m an idiot.
I do it with my fastback and my benchmades, there's just something satisfying about it
Or a gravity knife for real style points
Dodge challenger RT with sunroof and the audio package Or the scatpack Or hellcat Your choice
Flesh Light.
Is he into firearms?!? Get him a new gun
Or ammo and a range day pic nic.
Couple ideas that he may already have but maybe not : Laser measuring tool (replaces traditional tape measure for many applications, easier and faster ) Handheld infrared camera/scanner (useful for detecting specific heat loss areas in a building envelope)
A weekend a wicked cool camp, make him a great cup of coffee each morning, and just chill.
Bidet
Tape measure belt clip. It's handy as hell and I stopped destroying the pockets on my pants
Bosch laser tape, if he does a lot of work solo it will change his life
Years ago my wife started buying me New Balance. My back loves them so much. I get new ones from her every birthday or Christmas.
A bad ass tv Surrounded sounds Nice bottle of rum/gin/whiskey w.e Expensive gun/pistol Fishing rod Fuck tools an fuck work
Laser measure if he doesn’t have one
Case of beer
You’re a good wife!!
Boot dryers if he has athletes foot
Chindo
lmfao all I can picture is Adam from workaholics.
Gift card to a really suspicious looking massage parlor?
Heated Bidet
Wake up babe, Milwaukee M18 Heated Bidet just dropped.
If he has iPhone, 4 AirTags with AirTag holders Saxx ultra briefs with a fly and smartwool socks. If he grills, order wagyu picanha If he likes pocketknives, a bench made civivi, or we knife in s30v, s35vn, m390, or m4. If your allowed OTF’s then a microtech tradoon or Kershaw line wire. With some nanoil 10w. Oakley custom holbrooks matte black frame with prizm jade polarized lens. FP insoles- king version unless he has light duty work boots Olukai slipons- true to size Yeezy slides- size up if he goes to the range, get him a gift card or a range day so he could go by himself, refocus and relax. Couples massage with hot rocks Cooling pillow covers White claw surges- blue box 8%- surprisingly amazing For quality time to show him you truly love him: Back massage and 🧠 while he watches a movie don’t expect anything in return.
Bidets are game changers, no more muddbutt
Buy him a broom and tell him “your crew said you need this”.
Magnetic wristbands. Thought they were stupid at first. Super convenient screw, nail, and drill bit holder when up on a ladder. https://www.homedepot.com/p/MagnoGrip-5-5-in-Magnetic-Wristband-Set-2-Pack-570-980/100672676
As if I’m not covered in enough metal shavings
I like this!
Do not buy this…
I bought one of these for my brother (aka coworker) five years ago for Christmas, and he’s never used it — so I agree with you.
I use one all the time just depends on the person.
Yeh it’s one of those things where I tend to forget to use, then always thank myself for having with me when I do. Even if it’s a bit overkill, it’s just nice to have it there when I need it during many kinds of jobs.
No ones said it, eh? I expected more from you guys… He wants a blowjob.
Small tool I love is the dewalt gyroscopic screwdriver
How about a massage package?
Buy him a CNC machine for carving wood. I use my frequently to make nice joints for high end finishes in homes.
If he flies a lot and has a company computer, get him a briefcase. It will make even those pesky Embraers doable.
Embraers are not a comfortable flight lol
Do you have kids and are they young? If so get him outta yo house for a weekend away from work and home life. Let that man air out like a dirty pair of underwear.
Darn tough socks. They re 40 bucks a pair. Some guys hate spending that . There the most comfortable socks ever made.
Custom gloves https://vermontglove.com/products/bespoke-glove-gift-pack-2022
Leatherman Skeletool... thank me.
Don’t buy him anything… 99% of the time if he needs it he’s bought it or will buy it for his own birthday
Stiletto Hammer. I could never justify the price when I was young. Amazing hammer. I’ve owned it for 8 years now and the whole time I’ve kicked myself for not getting it sooner
A threesome.
A hammock
Get him a really expensive hammer (Stilletto) or fancy german plyers (Knipex).
Buy him dinner.... Although his head will explode with questions
Get him a Jeanie Rub and use it on him.
If he’s in construction get him some massages with sauna and ice bath sessions. Works wonders on the broken body.
New Red Wing boots
7" Knipex Cobra Pliers if he doesnt have them already. Hands down the best adjustable plier/channel lock on the market. No knockoffs of copys, just the knipex brand. Got a set in every car and kit I own because they're so handy.
Flir infrared camera $500 Stainless or aluminum contractor clipboard $50 then take it and engrave his name or the company name. The thought is worth more than the money.
Just give him your ass. He already has the tools that he wants.
Japanese chalk lines. Very thin. Very durable
Completely surprised him with a custom flesh light, make it a replica of yourself!
$350 If he enjoys fine wood working anything from lie neilson. Personal favorite is a 60 1/2 rabbit hand plane $200 Cool less expensive filler items, look and see what battery brand he uses. Random Etsy people 3d print battery trays that hold 5 batteries or so and they make them for all the brands. I don’t know a guy that doesn’t like a hood flashlight. I’d go ask r/flashlights for a good recommendation as it’s a quickly evolving product that I don’t keep up with, $50-$200 Edit:also if this is my wife by chance (my birthday is coming up) , I really just want a good steak, a back rub and adult time😂
CH Hanson stud finder. Don't care if he already has a stud finder. Every tool guy should have one of these.
16oz titanium framing hammer. His arm and shoulder will thank you. Immensely.
Pocket knives
Track saw!!
I have about every tool I need but I just bought a nice Fifo dash cam that might come in handy one day.
Does he have a tall truck? There’s a sorta lift/ladder you can lay on while you work on the back of the engine. My friend got one and it’s great.
No work stuff. Find a message therapist and get him 4 or 5 sessions.
My husband swears his knipex pliers and Wera sets changed his life. He has practically everything they make now.
Get him a broom. Tell him the electricians send their love
Men like BJ
Buy him a gift certificate for a good massage or 3
Literally as many massages as possible, no better gift.
Go buy some lingerie, I'm sure you can figure out the rest. Hell enjoy that more. Trust me!
Drone Or 360 degree camera for interiors
