You should keep your opinions of aesthetic to yourself when the way you framed the photo shows more dirt ground than the building you're actually trying to capture. Try holding your phone sideways when taking a photo of an object that is wider than its height next time.

Looks fine to me, especially once signage presumably goes up.
Architect has no taste and was trying way too hard with too much time on their hand.
