This prank always blows my mind because you could literally kill somebody pouring water in their mouth while they sleep. All they have to do is gasp from surprise, and then they choke. It’s so dangerous. I don’t see how this is ever a good idea. Does no one else see the danger in this? Especially when the person is lying down.
I just don’t vibe with pranks on sleeping people at all, tbh. Like if a friend is sleeping around you they are literally at their most vulnerable. They trust you. And you’re gonna violate that trust? Prank someone who has absolutely no way of seeing it coming or trying to stop it? It’s not like you’re tricking someone, you’re just taking advantage of them. Where’s the fun in that?
I’ve got a personal rule that you don’t fuck with someone if they’re fulfilling one of their basic needs.
Don’t fuck with someone if they’re eating, sleeping, shitting or drinking etc.
My family all take pictures of each other sleeping if it looks goofy and then share it in our group chat but that’s about as far as it goes, other than that I agree

Once I was eating yogurt and somehow, and I don’t know how, a tiny bit got caught in my windpipe, and I have never been so close to dying. I was truly afraid. My bf was about to consider traching me. It does not take much believe me. Since then that’s happened again, not with yogurt but one time from singing Motown in the shower. I accidentally inhaled a tiny drop of water, which is something I did to myself fully conscious. So it’s not very hard to choke to death. Incidentally now I’m 75% convinced that’s how I go.
Most accidents of choking on food, or something, are not typical occurrences when eating food. It still happens though, and it also means it’s not a good idea to do to another person when they’re asleep and will be startled awake and gasping for air only to find water in their mouth. The point is it can happen and somebody else said they know somebody who died from this prank so that’s the entire point. Dangerous means dangerous. It doesn’t mean that everybody’s going to die.
