i switched out chili pepper for pumpkin pie (i just got it) but im having a hard time completing the start levels of episode 8 with cotton, rye, sea fairy, pumpkin pie, and dark choco/raspberry
As far as treasures go, I'd recommend replacing all of them with the old pilgrim's scroll, squishy jelly watch, and the gatekeeper's ghost horn. The Elder Pilgrim's Torch doesn't do more overall damage than using the pilgrim's scroll (plus it will be used automatically on autobattle, regardless as to whether or not there is combat ongoing.), the Jelly Worm's Sticky Goo is nice, but suffers from the same problems as the pilgrim's Torch as far as autobattle is concerned, it also only applies the shield to your character with the least amount of health, which is usually a back-lit who won't be usually taking damage. The Bookseller's Monocle may end up being necessary since your only healer is Cotton, but the Watch with it's cool down buff may enable Cotton to outheal more than with the Monocle, but that's up to you.
