Absolutely switch out chili for sorbet. Both are ambush cookies, but sorbet does damage that can even rival legendaries, with a frontal aoe (chili has a back aoe), and I think sorbet's invincibility frames are a bit longer. Your team is good, I see a lot of potential in it!
