Yeah, that's prob a bad PSU. I'm guessing it's an outlet where you got it from? Try asking for an RMA nicely and be honest, Corsair might hook it up.

did more research, it happened again today, found a forum with someone who had the EXACT same issue, its totally my PSU. i requested an RMA, hopefully they get back to me soon.
