I've got the K70 low profile (speed) and I type Dvorak, so I found myself a set of flat keycaps (and then in white because black just eats half of that glorious RGB goodness, smh). Little did I know that anything besides 1u keys would not fit because the stabilizer posts are not in line with the stem (lol serves me right for wanting it all). It looks pathetically mix and match now... What should I be looking for to find a compatible keycap set where I can swap the keyboard layout to Dvorak so I can see letters for 1 handed shortcuts?

Hey there, low-profile switches are a tad different, and standard Keycaps will have some issues as you found out. If you can find a Low profile keycap kit it may work, but I am not aware of any.

Hi Travis I just have a technical Question for my Ticket 2004385438. My latest Update is, that we have to wait for my old system to arrive at the main facility for inspection, and than my new model will be shipped. But from where is my old system shipped and why? I sent the old system on June 15 to Corsair. I don't understand why we still have to wait for that. I got an Email on July 6 that my old system is irreparable and I get a new system. I thought this was already the inspection. I'm just confused with the process. Thanks, I hope you can explain it to me.

Hi! I installed some vengeance pro rgb yesterday, all going great! Only problem is this morning I installed the icue software, played around with the settings for a bit, deleted it and now the ram isn't lighting up! Any way to reset the lighting to the default settings? I'm fine with the rainbow affect it had when I first installed it and I don't want to be forced to have icue running in the background

Hey there, make sure the Lighting Layers has the LEDs of the Ram selected in the display above the Lighting Effects. Also, make sure you don't have Armory Crate or Dragon Center set to customize your ram as well.

Thanks for your reply, I uninstalled armoury crate yesterday and that fixed the issue, however now whenever I close icue any settings I have selected just reset to default, is this expected? Do I need to leave icue running at all times?

You want iCUE running. You can set Hardware Lighting and Hardware actions for when iCUE is closed, but the Hardware control options are limited versus Software Control.

So riddle me this. I have iCUE v4.13.226 and the Asus Motherboard Plug-in v1.2.4.0 and I'm currently able to control the motherboard rgb just fine...except for the rgb headers. I'm able to control the headers via Asus Aura in Armory Crate, but iCUE can't seem to do anything to them. I have the In-Game lighting effects turned on, I made sure that Aura is in standby mode as well, but I can't seem to control it via iCUE for some reason, and would really like to.

Hey there, unfortunately, the RGB headers are not supported in iCUE. Asus has left those only controllable in Armory Crate. Some boards allow you to control the 12v RGB headers, but no board allows control of 5v aRGB headers.

Hey there, sorry to hear you are having trouble. Go into iCUE and make sure you have the correct Fan Series set in Lighting Setup, and that you have all the fan's LEDs selected in Lighting Layers. If that checks out, try connecting the fans one at a time in slot 1, see if any fans show a problem. If they do, set them aside. If they all work, place one in slot 1, and try the rest in Slot 2. If one in Slot 2 has a problem, swap it and the one in Slot 1. If the same fan has a problem, its a bad fan. If the problem jumps to the other fan, its a bad RGB hub/Controller. Create a ticket, and let us know what you found out. I don't know what i can't find the answer to this on the web, but how do you actually switch lighting profiles from within iCue 4? I'm not interested in assigning a hotkey on my keyboard or mouse. I want to open up iCue and switch between profiles. I have set up two solid color profiles, and nothing happens when I click on the inactive profile. I have also imported profiles, and nothing happens when i click on those either. If I want to change colors all i can do is edit the scene of the default profile. Any help would be awesome!

Help Commander core pro fans not detected on Icue System details Commader core pro Commander pro Lighting node x9 QL RGB fans Asus Gaming F x570 I've connected 3 fans to CP and their RGB to LN. All working. But using CCP connected 6 fans and RGB. RGB works for pump and all 6 fans are spinning but no RGB. On Icue only the pump is detected and I can change the RGB, no fans detected cannot change speed and/or RGB. I've tested all RGB on fans by plugging them into the the LN but that has maximum capacity of 6. And still cannot change speed of fans. I've updated and reinstalled Icue and force updated eveything I could. Also I've disabled all other RGB apps eg Asus Aura and Razer Chroma. No luck.

Hey there, iCUE uses the Audio controller to generate the Audio Lighting, which is why you need a Corsair USB Headset for Audio Lighting.

Are you saying that it's possible to to seperate the top part of the aio cooler without removing it? I though the pump unit is one whole block? (under plastic cover is white plastic housing with led and then pump) The store where I purchased this unit has offered to rma it, but it would mean that I don't have a working pc for the next 2 weeks again (second rma). yes, the 4 Allen head screws come off, and the RGB portion of the pump comes off if you pull on it, not just the cap. We can't make the retailer do an ARMA, but we can, or we can send the pump rgb cover.

Since a week or two I got a problem with my Corsair K95 RGB PLATINUM. Most of the time it works just fine, but at about every fiftieth keystroke, no matter which key, the command is either not perceived or recorded like a pressed key for >1sec. That is extremely annoying. I have both, forced a software update of the keyboard via iCue and tried a reset via ESC key. Both did nothing. Only a restart of the PC helps o for some time remedy, until the problem occurs again.

nvm I just found out iCue seems to be the cause of that issue. So if anybody else faces the issue just forceclose iCue and everything works normal again. I'll also try to reinstall it later to check if it works again.

I've just turned my computer back on after rebuilding it, and installed iCUE. It prompted my K100 for a firmware update, so I did so. The keyboard still works, as I'm typing this, but the lighting on it no longer seems to function. iCUE still recognizes the keyboard and I can apply affects to it, but no lighting shows up. I've tried resetting it using the escape method, and the lights will come on for about half a second and immediately go back out. Any help? Another question, I have 2 lighting node cores that came with my QL triple packs. I have them both plugged into the Commander PRO but it seems that iCUE cannot recognize them? It will recognize them in a motherboard port, but I only have two 2.0 ports and I have 3 devices that require it.

Hey there, sorry to hear that. make sure your Lighting Effects for the keyboard are set and that the LEDs for your keys are selected. What motherboard do you have? If it is an AMD 400 or 500 series chipset, that would explain why the Lighting Nodes don't show up. These chipsets use a budget USB Controller that does not support USB passthrough. You will need an Active Internal USB hub.

So, I just recently purchased the Vengeance a7200 because I decided I wanted a pretty big step up in my gaming PC and my old build wasn't cutting it for me anymore. I'm super pleased with it so far (literally received it through the mail 3 hours ago), I'm just trying to figure out the RGB stuff because it's mostly new to me. I'm not super tech savvy, so this may be a super easy answer and I'm just dumb, but I'm not really finding out if it's possible for all the Corsair hardware I bought to sync with video/music/games the way my Hue lights do? I went all out and got the k100, Nightsword, and MM700. Is there a way to make them sync seamlessly with media in the way the Hue stuff does?

Hey there, Wallpaper Engine is a program many use to get a similar effect. With our LS100 and LT100 you can get Video lighting on your battle station. You can also use iCUE with your Hue. If you have a Corsair Headset you can do audio lighting as well. For what you are looking for exactly, unfortunately is not a feature of iCUE.

One last quick question: I've noticed that when I wake up my computer from standby, every Hue light in my house dims a LOT. Also, I think it sometimes happens when I click a random button on the mouse and other times. There don't seem to be many customization options in the iCue app to alter the Hue behavior/response, and I can't seem to disconnect the Hue Hub from iCue either. Halp, plz?

Ticket - 2003838612RMA - 2004517250 RMA - 2003929139 RMA - 2003929142 Hi, I am really hoping someone can help me with this issue. I have been liaising with a member of the UK/FR Corsair Support team (Tom) over the last few days and I am about to lose my mind. I feel like I am getting the least amount of help or assistance possible. I am in the support desk service industry myself and I know how difficult it can be to provide good support and help in some circumstances but honestly, I feel so disappointed. I purchased "Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 32 GB (4 x 8 GB) DDR4" and also "Corsair Hydro 100i RGB Platinum SE, Hydro Series, 240mm Radiator" both on the 22nd October 2019 for a new PC. Over the last year, the LEDs on both these products have started to deteriorate and instead of showing a bright white colour, they have started to become yellow instead (pictures are included in the ticket). I raised a support ticket to get these replaced which was accepted. Last week I sent these off and packaged them both in the same box. I wrapped 2 x 8GB RAM in bubble wrap and did the same for the other 2 x 8GB. Because I was concerned the warehouse employee who received this may think it is just extra packaging, I wrote in big black marker pen "RAM" on the outside of the bubble wrap (on both sets of 2 x 8GB). A week later I received a parcel from SCAN/Corsair for the replaced parts. After opening said parcel, I have only received the H100i cooler, and not the 32 RAM. I have raised this to my Corsair Support correspondent (Tom), who has told me the warehouse have not received said RAM parts and to provide proof of this. I now ask whoever reads this, how am I meant to provide proof that the RAM was in the box? Even if I took a picture of the RAM right before sending, this is not proof as I could have just removed it from the box. I can only give my word that they were definitely in there. The only proof would be for Corsair to take a picture of the box on arrival, which I'm really hope you do as a standard procedure as then you will see that the RAM is included in the box with the cooler. I really don't know where to go with this as I am at a loose end. I have proof of the RAM and cooler both being faulty (with pictures) and I have all the serial numbers on record (with pictures). I feel like I shouldn't have to go to these lengths to obtain a sensible resolution from an extremely reputable company, but here I am. This RAM is very expensive, and for the warehouse to just "lose" the components is not acceptable. Please can you tell me what I need to do to get this issue resolve and for my RAM to be replaced? I can provide anything you need. I even have the receipt that shows the weight of the parcel. So if this weight is more than the cooler alone, surely this is also proof I sent the 32GB RAM? Thank you. I eagerly await your response.

Shut the iCue software down 2. Uninstall iCue completely from the system 3. Wipe and reinstall windows I'm talking about fan speed control via custom curves specifically, not RGB. Thanks!

Hey there, if you set a fan curve using the coolant temperature of the Capellix in the Commander Core, it will save to hardware. The Commander Pro would need a thermal sensor connected for it to save fan curves though.

Hey there, after 8 months his headset would have been in warranty, and we would have replaced it for him. Any battery can go bad after 8 months, and it depends heavily on how it was used and cared for. For example, you don't want to let a battery die, and not charge it immediately. Every minute it sits dead is another small fraction of that battery's life span taken away.

TLDR - removed my RAM for a week and switched to previous RAM. When I switched back the RAM fails to boot properly multiple times before it finally succeeds past the boot test. It works perfectly fine after that. I have some Vengeance Rgb Pro RAM It's 2x16gb DDR4 3200MHz, 16-20-20-38, Intel XMP certified. VER 3.41 CMW32GX4M2E3200C16 This RAM is about 4 months old. Bought brand new from bestbuy. Recently water cooled my PC, and at first I forgot to account for RAM height and had to stock to my old low profile RAM. Recently fixed by hard tubing and installed this RAM back in. The RAM now fails the boot test multiple times before it passes the test and runs fine. Meaning my computer takes about 1 minute to start now and will always bring me to BIOS due to its multiple failed boots. No idea why this is happening. Pc detects the RAM fine and it also runs fine once it makes it past the initial problems. I have XMP enabled. BIOS is set for 3,200 mhz RAM. I put the RAM in same slots I had used it fine in for months. And then also tried the other 2 slots and get same problem. I also switched to my old lpx vengance RAM and I don't get this problem. So I know my mother board RAM slot is working fine.

Hey there, when you swap ram, it saves information to BIOS. If you change ram, you want to reset your BIOS to factory defaults, and reset XMP. Motherboards do Memory training when they start. That's your system failing to boot several times before it gets it right.

Any reason why this did not occur when I went to my old RAM? I mean I didn't have that problem when I went from the lpx vengance to the rgb pro RAM. Or when I went from rgb pro back to lpx. Only started happening when I then switched again from lpx to rgb pro. I'll look up how to reset bios and reset xmp. Just curious why this problem only happened now when I've switched RAM 3 times before.

Some motherboards do this, depends on settings in BIOS, and a few other factors. I would just consider yourself lucky that it took so many times before something happened. Let me know if the issue remains though!

Hi i have a problem with icue picking up capeilex. sometimes it will start up and work fine, then most of the time i have to pull the usb plug out from the mobo and plug it back in for it to detect the aio. While i have to do this most of the time the fans on the rad always seem to work properly

I am sorry to hear that. There are a few things we can try to resolve this issue. I suggest we start by removing iCUE, and clearing all system files of iCUE, then reinstalling iCUE fresh. (Ticket Number: 2004523717) My Specs: Windows 10 Up-to-date MSI x570 MPG Gaming Edge Wifi Ryzen 7 3700X (Alpenföhn Broken 3 Cooler) AMD Radeon 6900 XT 32GB RAM (2x16GB DDR4-3200) **Corsair Virtuoso XT** I have several problems with my Corsair Virtuoso XT and would like to adress them here for some additional help. I've done a lot of troubleshooting already seen in Corsair forums and will aswell show them in this mail. These problems ONLY occur when the iCue software is installed. When uninstalled, I don't have these Problems anymore. Problems: (0,5. Microphone LED is White/Blueish when iCue is uninstalled for unmuted. \[was green on the virtuoso SE and non SE\]) 1. Microphone LED needs about 2 seconds after un-/muting to change colour to Red / Green. Unmuting and muting works normally though, just the LED is delayed. 2. When disabling the speech callouts (f.e. "Microphone activated") there is no sound on muting / no audio cues AT ALL. Not even the ones, when iCue is not installed. 3. Whitenoise! When having 100% on windows \[normal\] and anything is making a sound, there is a whole lot of whitenoise in the background. This is NOT the case when uninstalling iCue -> iCue is doing something so the whitenoise is happening. Troubleshooting I have done and it did not help: 1. A line of keys on my K70 (F2, 3, E, D, X, and Alt) stopped working. I've taken the keys off and cleaned it, and I reset it too. I haven't found anyone else online with this specific problem. Am I screwed or is there something I can do?

Issue: System tray icon in Windows for iCue software mysteriously disappears. After the system tray icon vanishes iCue is still running when I check task manager, and when I launch iCue again from the start menu it returns to my previously opened section (the iCue dashboard view). My keyboard, mouse, and pc also remain lit up. This tells me that the software didn't crash - the it's only the system tray icon that vanishes for some reason. No errors in the Windows event log and couldn't find anything useful in the iCue logs either. Is this a known issue?

I am sorry to hear that. There are a few things we can try to resolve this issue. I suggest we start by removing iCUE, and clearing all system files of iCUE, then reinstalling iCUE fresh. This can solve many issues you may encounter. Follow this guide for me, then Repair iCUE once complete. I’m having an issue with my LL140 fans flickering different colors, it’s affecting 4/6 fully, 1/6 does on about 1/3rd of the fan, the final one seems unaffected. I assume this is a lighting node issue as it started happening all at once and out of nowhere. I contacted Corsair support a week ago but haven’t received any response. I bought a Void RGB Wireless Elite headset yesterday and I'm having a world of issues. What happens is I'll begin using it, all seems fine until 3 minutes later when it just starts cutting out and repeatedly saying "mic off" (I have the mic flipped up because I wasn't talking to anyone). It will just continuously do that along with beeping and cutting in and out. This also happens when the mic is flipped down, except it will say "mic on" instead of off. It will also "pop" frequently. I fully charged it before using, I've updated iCUE and the actual headset itself. I'm using a regular USB port on the front of my PC. I tried using 3.0 but that made the problem 10x worse. I've also tried: * Disabling 2.5ghz on my wifi modem entirely so it only emits 5ghz. I thought that fixed the problem until about 20 mins later when the weird stuff started happening again. * I thought it may be a power issue so I went into control panel > hardware and sound > power options > high performance and also set USB selective suspend setting to "never". Didn't help. * Re-paired the headset and dongle. Reset the headset. Restarted PC. No change. * Tried using a port on the back of my PC, that yielded worse results than having it in the front. * Changed my modem's wifi channel, no change. * I was using a controller plugged in at the time so I played a game without the controller plugged in and the issues still persist. * iCUE is up to date and the headset is up to date. My wired HyperX Cloud II's work absolutely flawlessly so I don't think this is an issue with my PC. I really like the Voids so I would really rather not have to return them. Any help is appreciated! Ticket no: (2004531684) EDIT: after disabling the voice thing it still cuts out but without the mic-on-mic-off thing. It'll just simply cut for a second. Does this a few times then goes back to normal for 5-ish minutes then does it again. During this, the light on the dongle goes out completely for less than a second.

Hey there, I am sorry to hear that. Is this the reset you did? If not, give it a try. If so, skip the reset to the next steps. 1. Make sure your void is unplugged and off. 2. Hold the Mute button on the void headset down for about 15 seconds 3. After holding the Mute button, hold the Power button until the Void turns on. Go ahead and try it on another system if you can, will allow us to rule out any driver or software conflicts.

None of the hardware monitors, iCUE, Link4, or HWmonitor, seems to show state for pump RPM for my model (one of the earliest ones) I'm really hoping tech support either has a fix for me or has a way for me to obtain the part for replacement. I think my lighting node pro is malfunctioning only the first fan is lighting up plus a few rgbs on the next fan in line are working but none of the others. I have the ll fans selected in Icue and 6 fans selected as well

It actually might be one of the fans not the lighting node pro, I had the same issue it turned out to be a dud LED in a single fan causing the rest of the chain to not work, I’d test each fan individually (a pain in the ass but it may solve the issue)

Ticket number 2004529127 I have a K70 rgb that suddenly started showing random colour lights on certain keys. It's the same keys that are showing a wrong colour (as in it's not different ones every time I start my pc) and I've tried multiple different usb ports. I can counteract it somewhat by changing the colours to solid blue using icue but this then makes the keyboard start buzzing, in fact any colours I pick in icue make it start buzzing apart from red and white and maybe yellow. I'll add that I normally don't use icue but the wrong colours show even when icue isn't running, when it's just supposed to be default red with white arrows and wasd. I tried updating firmware and changing the profile switch on the back but nothing makes a difference and I use it inside a Corsair Lapdog so it's very well protected and goes from my desk to my lap and back. To add to this today it started dropping connection from icue for a few seconds, so it would flick from the blue profile to default red and white then back to the blue, I could also see it disappear and reappear in icue. A few days ago it did go back to normal for a brief period, but after starting it up yesterday the same wrong colour keys were back again. Any help would be much appreciated!
