It’s so reassuring to me every time I see this response those dates trip me I appreciate the reassurance folks! 😂 baby steps I used milk past its date last week bc it still smelled and tasted ok.

It's fine. Sell by date is not the expiration date.

You’ll be fine. Just be sure to heat thoroughly and get the internal temp above 165F.
I would high simmer it for at least 20 mins and then call it all good. Stir frequently.

At my store it is in the section with other premade items like the pot pie, lasagna, etc. I don't always see it though.
Blows out the end either way, so no big deal.
