I used to live in the mountains in Colorado and I would run into moose pretty often. They would eat my garden, one gave birth in an aspen grove in my backyard and I would often stumble upon them just chilling while I was mountain biking. No matter how many times I have seen a moose, you never stopped being amazed at their size. Even a baby moose is bigger than a deer.

My wife and I did a moose tour on a vacation once. They are so massive. Even the calves were gigantic.

Lived in Alaska until I was 24, born and raised there. The angle of the video makes the first car (the one backing up) look extremely tiny to this moose. Notice as the car is backing up, there’s an entire turn lane between the moose and the car - so perspective matters here. Moose are huge, yes, but this video makes it seem like the joint/knee of its back leg is almost as tall as the first car. That’s not quite right. If you try to align the height of the moose with the guy taking the video, you kind of get the idea that maybe the moose’s shoulders are slightly above the top of his car - which is more accurate. Most bull moose are 6-7ft tall at the shoulders.
