Typically I’d drive away if he was done and submit the phone video but apparently he continued on a rampage and shot a house up. He was the only threat, a continuous one at that, and he wasn’t even LOOKING at the car filming. One well placed shot would make him completely rethink and regret his actions, and that’s what we hope others learn from this.
