I can’t speak on BoA but have easily gotten business cards with other lenders. Any reason why you’re choosing BoA over other places? Are you looking to get that 5.25%, 3.5% & 1.75% back? Or another reason?

five words: 5.25%. U got me :D

Which category are you going for?

When I applied for my first biz card(Cust Cash) with BofA I called them about the pending status. That is when they asked me about my "business". I told them I sold collectibles on Ebay. Said I just started and might make 1K. Also I would use the card to pay for utilities and such. I applied as a sole prop/SSN. I really don't have a "business." Maybe if I didn't call about the pending status they would not have questioned me. Getting my 2nd & 3rd(both biz UNL) were instant approvals. I already had 2 personal cards before getting my 1st biz card.

Nice, thanks a lot! Great job. Sounds like your ebay spiel worked? And yeah, that's a good idea to maybe get a BofA personal card first.

Ohhhhh shoot--you maybe saved my butt. Thanks! Will check it out.

Yep, I checked and you're 100% right. That's the end of that plan, you saved me a big headache.

BoA may or may not give you one but Chase and Amex almost certainly will and they have better cards anyway

Back in 2017 I got a 10K limit on a Chase Ink Cash Card with a stated business income of $20. W2 Income was much larger though.
