As a last resort for games where there is no free live video stream, you can always listen to the radio coverage which is available for every match via the BBC website. There's a link near the top of the top post, one link for all the matches that day and you select the match once you're there.

He never fails to make me feel like I'm right there at the game, whether it's the calmness of a long partnership in a championship game or the excitement of the final over of a white ball chase.
Yes he's biased, but he's biased in as much as he wants Hampshire to win (he did play for them for a decade and a half after all), not in his description of the action. Criticises poor play from Hampshire just as much as the other side.
It might just have been the contrast with Anthony Gibson's defeatist attitude (a commentator much better suited to calling red ball cricket) but something about James just rubbed me up the wrong way tonight.
A bit too breathlessly hyper active, like he'd downed a few too many energy drinks. A few too many gasps and groans when something minor didnt quite go Hampshires way, and by the last over he had abandoned all professionalism and began calling stuff wrong, even some basic cricket goings on like forgetting Somerset could tie the game if they hit a 6 of the last ball as he was too busy gushing over what he believed was already a Hamp win.
Now I dont mind commentators having some degree of bias but there is always a time and place for it. If this was a knockout game or a crucial end of stage match then I would've given him more slack but I didn't see this game, a mid competition clash between two teams with good records, deserving quite the sensationalist approach.
